Could it be that Kurita is finally coming back in force? Or are the clans just all on vacation?

Maybe the clans are on vacations, idk. I think other reasons more important could be that the "bag" of mixed kuritan units and pugs are using TS and playing consistently together, and the clans are not defending with full teams, but pugs and small groups many times. (At least that's what i saw until this last weekend.)
GJ, i'll check the CW map later to see the last conquests. Banzai!

I know 9SD should be showing for Clan Mortal Combat again, so we'll be available to fill in as we can.

Brilliant. Back just in time to clog the Tukayyid queues and snatch rewards from smaller, more loyal units. I wish PGI hadn't allowed units to switch allegiance for this...

Its ok. Koshirou always lightly trolls us. I troll him too. I take it in all good fun and role play. Koshirou has been one of the most loyal members I've seen along with most of the german units, 9SD, and yes even Arkab / 3TL.
Night's Stalkers from the BT Lore, which NS derives its moniker has been a Kurita Loyal MERC unit for over 10 years. But being a MERC unit has allowed certain liberties which our sister units cannot ever enjoy. Hopefully one day PGI will figure out how to properly reward House Loyal units, especially in the Draconis Combine which in lore treated MERCs rather shabby and was good to House Units.

It hasn't in this game.
"Loyal" means to me: You join a faction and you stick with it. It does not mean that you change factions like you change underwear* and still claim to belong to a faction you objectively do not belong to.
* On the assumption that you do change underwear regularly.

Why shouldn't units be allowed to sell their bodies to the highest bidders? World's oldest profession and all...
Besides...there's no benefit to staying one faction but role playing.

They absolutely should be allowed to do that: That's called "being a mercenary unit". It's just not called "being a loyalist unit".
P.S.: And yes, I saw what you did there.

I know this hurts your soul, but NS is the backbone of House Kurita. I laugh at the much larger unit claim. When CW Beta 1 started a year ago we had maybe 40 / 44 members as a unit. We definitely were NOT the larger Kuritan unit to start. It took a lot of hard work and effort to build up and be effective. We've certainly done more for House Kurita than anything you have done but keep chirping.
