I thought I might plug our unit insignia created by our very own (and VERY talented!) Killhunger. He hand-drew this image and all credit goes to him for producing such an outstanding insignia for us! Great work once more sir!

Will you be the behind the Death's Hand, or the throat in front of it?

It's a pretty darn good insignia, though on principal I disagree with there being text on insignia (though I break that "rule" as well). Frankly, I'm not going to be behind the hand or in throw it. 3rd Amphigean LAG is going to come in, kind of at an angle. Maybe we'll hover. The point is, we'll probably be the sword coming in from the side to cut off the hand that has our buddy in a strangle-hold.

Hayden you got anymore recent artwork?

Um, I did my rendition of Kincade's Rangers a day or two ago. Other than that, kind of a dryspell for insignia work. I mean, I'm getting to the point where it's a question of what I haven't done, rather than what I have. I really should work on filling in the gaps.

I really have to compliment you on your work with the Argyle Lancers insignia, Hayden. It's different and refreshingly so.

Fronc Cuirassiers Insignia as per description. Ace is mandatory. King of hearts is added to represent a pilot's customization.

Thanks. It was a commission for Windbourne. I do believe they have elected to use the ones from the excellent new set done by Bullet Magnet later in the thread.

Hayden, would I be able to comission you or would you consider doing something for a Solaris Mech game mech. All solaris mechs have custom decals and paintjobs, helps differentiate opponents during a match. I need a seated at table four armed skeleton (2 hands dealing cards, top right arm holding a bloody cavalry saber and top left arm holding an oldtime cavalry revolver smoking like it has just been shot). If this sounds like something you could get into let me know and we can talk about the other details I need, not going to put on open com channels. Want it to be a unique piece.

Thanks

Alright, gonna try to fill this up faster than normal. First up is the ancient (long forgotten?) insignia for St. Cyr's Armored Grenadiers, which is a mercenary company in the employ of the Capellan Confederation. In 3061 they will merge Rivaldi's Hussars to become St. Cyr's Armored Hussars and then ascend into the ranks of the Capellan Brigade as a house force.
Posted Image
ED: This insignia is from a unit featured in the Succession Wars table top game known as the "Bounty Hunters". The unit in question was meant to represent two or more mercenary regiments in the game, but is possibly a reference to the Bounty Hunter character that appears in various BT-related products. Anyway, I don't think this insignia appeared anywhere else.
Posted Image
ED: A couple from Clan Hell's Horses, Delta and Zeta Galaxies respectively. The Delta Galaxy insignia is spot-on (but with slightly different proportions), the Zeta Galaxy insignia is my own rendition based off the textual description rather than the associated image, which itself does not match the text.
Posted Image
Posted Image
ED: Kamakura's Hussars. My own take on the insignia, using a 17th Century Winged Hussar, instead of an 18th Century Hussar.

Thanks for watching! More to come!
