They are being produced by Butler Custom Patches

They seem like really nice and really professional people. We got quotes from a few places, but these guys actually called, gave advice, guided me through things. The other samples we got didn't bother mentioning that 3" would have been way to small and a lot of the details would have disappeared, and they all had VERY limited thread color selection.

Something to think about when your designing unit logos people... number of colors.

For varies swag, it makes a big deal how many colors are in your design! 17 (I think it was 17, or 14, I forget now) is a LOT of colors!

Adding 17th Avalon Hussars insignia.

Gonna get back in the saddle somewhat. The first half of this upload is a set of Jaeger insignia. These units are not accurate for the period, but I'm going to go ahead and throw them up as they've been requested. Set includes all Jaeger formations that I know of: Skye, Donegal, Coventry, Bolan and Alarion (respectively, top to bottom)






EDIT: Ceti Hussars Insignia. I posted the older one a while back, this is the newer one that I guess they're using these days.

EDIT: 3rd Ceti Hussars. This unit as a whole seems to like the number three.


EDIT: 4th Ceti Hussars, Conjectural. This image incorporates the colors of the Lexington Combat Group, as this unit eventually became the 4th Ceti Hussars.

Next Series is going to center on the Magistracy of Canopus, because let's face it: women rule and this particular realm doesn't get enough attention.

First up, my take on the Magistracy's insignia. Instead of a field of random stars in the large oval, I decided to use a simplified map of inhabited star systems in the Magistracy (classic 3025 era).
