I don't know who is blocked or not, All i am saying is you need to apply the same standard in your criticisms of people.

Your making that statement with out the context of the Russ Tweet, which was far more sarcastic and biting than mine was (I can't find the tweet I was referring to, he probably deleted it LOL). So I did not find mine out of line at all.

Dear op while it was not your messege, that doomed you but rather how you delivered it. Further more they can ban/block who ever they want on twitter cause its within twitters tos. Like wise they can also ban/block you within mwo and fourms, make changes to the game, without aproval of the players, because they have legal right to do so. Maybe in the furture it would help to be more sincere, sharing your two cents.

Not really seeing how this topic needed its own thread, but I made a relevant post in another thread about this.

What a thin skin, I wasn't even criticizing the game directly, just saying people on Steam will probably not like it.

Oh well, he can block whoever he wants if he doesn't want people tweeting criticism at him, whether it's fair criticism or not.

He can have his hugbox on Twitter if he wants, but it's probably going to do more harm for his game in the long run.

saying to apply the same standard in criticism is not needing of any context, and the Bias was so clear than nobody could miss it. I dont think we need to waste time breaking it down.

"Russ get petulant and does not like when people disagree with him and boom you get blocked.

yet you made no mention of any other particular names which I will not say, thats what I call a clearly Biased and unequal statement.

Many many years in the military dealing with all types of people I could try to explain things to you

But I get the feeling it would not work

Kind of weird to hear it from you.

Why is that?
I have never (rightfully) been banned. When I was, I spoke to Russ about it and he (apparently since I'm posting here now) agreed. I could go into the whole community manager and reddit debacles if you like but I figure that's got nothing to do with this conversation.

I don't toss around personal insults, name calling, etc. Even when I'm extremely critical of PGI and/or MWO, I keep it as constructive AND offer as many viable alternatives and suggestions I can. Want to see actual examples? Feel free to check out my previous post history and heck even the link here in my signature.

Yet last that I knew Roadbeer was not blocked from Russ Twitter.. but I am because I called out his poor handling of people...

Since I'm one of the ones who was involved in all of that personally (as well as speaking to Road personally during this time) Road and I BOTH were blocked and even banned here on the forums. It was undone and certain changes were made within PGI AND within the community I like to think.

Stuff like that is just ignorant people talking about things they, at best, have secondhand information on. Take it from someone who was intimately involved in many aspects of all of that. It's nothing like what's being implied above for myself OR Road or any of the other people that got rolled up into that fiasco.

Well i just told you it's weird. They did perhaps ban you unrightfully but i don't go in details what happened next. I know it. Doesnt mean i disagree with you on what events happened.

You are naieve if you think things have changed. In fact it didnt.

Start complaining on Paul's or Alex's Twitter and see what happens

Paul, as far as I'm aware on twitter is a ghost. ... probably the reason why we get ghost mechanics.
Alex, if we're speaking about the artist then I have nothing bad to say about him, he does a phenomenal job on his renditions of the mechs.

threatening and always bitxching. Nobody would want his smartphone be spammed by that negativity.

I'm negative when PGI throws bad stuff our way and I'm positive when they throw that. Sadly, I don't have allot of positive material to work with.
Also, Russ has put himself in the position of the "go-to guy" to give feedback and the one to even have our feedback acknowledged. If he can't handle the negativity and quite often come out as a person that got his toys taken away from him, then he should hand his position to someone that can handle it.

As far as I'm aware, I should not have to go to the CEO of a company to give feedback on game balance mechanics. I should be going to Paul but the only times I see him are on twitch during PGI MRBC matches, he's a ghost outside of like.

Also, please show me these "threats" I made and the "always bitcing" is an over-exaggeration.

"Hard to be constructive when you're limited to ~140 characters" One of the reasons I hate twitter.

The other would be that it's full of vapid and uninteresting sorts whose complete lack of anything meaningful to say is perfect for the 144 character limit?
