The Jenner IIc is a blast, but very squishy... I would recommend them for a mere $20 to get the 3 + Premium time. The (O) variant is *very* versatile, like an Oxide on crack, riding a giant bottle rocket. I've run it as an SRM36 giant killer and an LRM30 troll boat to fun effect.

All of them are squishy, but you can still make them viable, I would just rate them as having a higher learning curve compared to IS mechs.

Are the "O" versions of the mechs the special 30% cbill boosting mechs that come with the origins IIC pack? If so you could rack up some cbills I guess. That's the next clan pack I was thinking of buying too.

Yes, the (O) variants only come with the purchase of the IIc mechs for cash in the store.

I agree. It would be nice if they would at least add the hero variants of the Warhammer, Marauder, and Rifleman to the list. I'm pretty sure there are quite a few players that picked up the hero mechs but not the collectors edition of those packages.

Yea hero variants of Warhammer,Marauder and Rifleman should be added IMO but also Resistance 2 mechs at least.Don't get me wrong bcuz I have both R1 and R2 packs as well as Origin but it will be nice to have more mechs to choose from...also what about older packs like Phoenix?

These events typically have two tiers:

1) Prizes and rewards for every one
2) Prizes and rewards for the people that have purchased X or Y mechs.

So you can get a total of 10 million cbills with out spending a dime on this game, or 14 million (?) if you've bought the requisite mechs to qualify in each weight class. You should be able to qualify for option (1) with trial mechs.

Can we second this notion? The Clan package provides eligible mechs for every weight class but the IS ones are only Heavy mechs.

Did Resistance 2 purchasers get their own event yet? If not then could that package be looped into the Special Mechs section?
