I sent in a support ticket last night on the CW maps being down. I had even tried waiting for a planet to pop up in the corner calling for defenders, clicked on it, and the planet list was still not functioning.

I suppose I should have started the challenge with the CW goals versus the standard queues. I really would have liked another seismic.

Thanks PGI for an enjoyable event. All rewards were attainable with some effort but it was never close to being a grind.

One of the better ones IMO.

P.S. You even got me to play CW ... could not resist the warhorns

Yep, just double checked some screen shots and am not getting x2 bonus. I restarted the client and seems to be working now.

Not sure what's up with your experience playing CW solo but I did the same and apart from a small number of matches, I enjoyed most of them. Even though I am a CW noob, it only took maybe 10 -12(?) matches to get all the rewards. Not sure about the exact number but given it only took about 1.5 evenings worth of gaming, it could not have been that many.

I have to agree with you, having played 90% of the CW matches solo this time.. It went quite well. Sometimes there was comunication, other times people quietly worked towards the objective silently. Of couse there where also a few rounds with people having no idea what to do or going out and dieing alone but, thats all part of online gaming. The bar was set quite low for the prizes and my average wait time was under ten minutes even at 4am CST (10am UTC).

Was a bit hit and miss towards the end (800k cbills one match, then 300k the next).

Ran out of time in the end, due to no play for the first couple of days. Got the 1000MC and the 2 modules; didn't get the CW cbill bonus (needed 3 more matches).

All this on my 'stock' account running 3 trial clan mechs (2 for the last day as I earned enough to expand the deck).
