Actually, there is no reason to let the Clan have Terra, since Clan didn't bid and fought with the exact same number of 'Mechs IS fought with. That is considered dishonorable by Clan standards and disgraceful. Letting Mercs play as Clan, yet another disgrace and dishonor. And let's not forget the Clan code of conduct to only engage a 'Mech 1 on 1. In the end, the Clan violated their own rules and code of conduct and even though they won, it would be considered a serious disgrace on the Clan home worlds.

It's just as insane as asking for Terra if you're trying to stick with lore. But it is possible to follow the Clan code in MWO, such as announcing how many 'Mechs the Clan will pit against IS and have the excess number shut down for the duration of the match. And the Clan warrior's code requires that they only have to fight 1 on 1until multiple enemies attack them.

Despite nerfs? Those nerfs were completely justified. As for Tukayyid, PGI should just hand it over. The whole thing is due for a Steam release reset anyway.

Can we now have Terra, as per the ComStar agreement dictating control of Terra to pass to Clans upon our victory?

Clan wolf owns nothing, Terra belongs to MS, 228 and the other excellent Merc units -- Wolf loyalist units were simply riding on their coat-tails.

I support giving Terra a merc ownership.

Yeah yeah...and the majority of the IS folks were running around with Star League tech upgrades as though they were common as muck.

If you would really like to go by lore, Clan Wolf suspended all zellbrigen when it was their turn to drop.
