People cannot be expected to use a command wheel when we still cannot get people to use R.

If R is to hard to use, then a command wheel is out of the question.

well its less about actively sending part of using it and more about the receiving end. When you press R most react to thats because big red something appears. When the command wheel makes a big colorful something appear as well they may also react to it.
