I have one open since December 12th and no news yet.
Anyone else have contacted support after that and got a reply?
Could it be that they are overloaded because of Steam launch?

The excuse that "their staff are currently handling a higher number of tickets than average at the moment" is growing thin after listening to it constantly for over a year now Posted Image
