This is a rather ironic statement to make. The original warhammer is a copy of a mech from a japanese anime to begin with.

Yup. However, I was referring to the newer anime stuff. All robots/mechs have rounded edges and look the same. And this artwork fits right in there.

Reading all the comments and it boils down to two changes. 1st, sink the head in. 2nd, extend/enlarge the PPCs.

you forgot: Kick the elbows out form the body a skosh. Makes a HUGE visual difference, without even changing the model. THAT can be done by simple rigging.

Whoa... do I see people vouching to extend the arms further to the FRONT??? Stop, just stop. I can see a slight outward from the side similar to what the Hellbringer has, but NOT forward. No way.

and it's brawling will depend on hitboxes and structure quirks.

People complaining about a unique take on a warhammer just because it doesnt fit there subjective art taste is dumb. Either you like it or you dont, and like you said vote with your wallet. My point is people will complain about anything, and this forum thread proves it. Heck people complain about other people pointing out that they are complaining, as you have proven. That is also dumb.

Cool. SO it's best for the company to not hear why people don't like something.... and simply guess at why sales tanked.

(also, on a little more serious note, yes taste is subjective, but if the numbers prefer something to look one way, and you prefer it to look another, the smart company goes with the numbers... which they can't know, if people don't give feedback)

Seriously, I'm sorry you do not like it. I felt the same way when I viewed the orthos for the Highlander IIC (yuck!).
I think PGI hates Highlanders (and Victors).

Anyway, as Bishop has said; perhaps there is still time that PGI can/will make some adjustments.
Personally though, I still think this is one of the best looking mechs in the game (as is) and wish that I'd ordered.
