And now my real life is over. I am going to try to set up a life support pod and just cash in the chips. This game was my baby for like 3 years. I had lottsa fun and met some cool dudes. But i think mwo is played out now. ;( Eve online is so great, i hope you would all mass migrate to New Eden with me but its like that song....


So I understand.
I'm sure i'll be back but goodbye for now.

MWO has been it for me, for 3 years as well. It hasn't evolved much since beta. Mechanics have, but gameplay no. I've been at Eve for a month now, I joined a very good pvp corp and have been having good luck with battles, but I just don't like it. You warp on someone or they warp on you, and there's 1/4 second to decide to to run or fight. I was hoping for a slower paced, thinking kind of game, but the fights are decided in the first fraction of a second. I'm giving at a real shot though, I've got another 3 months paid on my account.

It can be as slow s you like so far. I learned quick that rash thinking and action will hand you your donkey.

But i think Mwo set me up for that. This game was great for getting tactical in your mind and actions.

They complain just the same in New Eden. Game is broken, balance is wrong, bittervet, etc.

It's the stupid children in the MWO community that drove me away from this game. There's a total lack of teamwork and thinking. I don't have any other online gaming experience to compare it to, but this crowd gives me zero hope for the future of the world, and makes me glad I'm not stuck with kids.

I love my new corp in Eve, I'm just not that in to the game. I'm giving it another couple months though.

Eve online is one of the best games of its kind. I played for about 5 years. Then went insane.

I love Mechwarrior, I never quit for good, just year long breaks. I am butt-hurt because this game had so much promise. My whiny posts are working too, there's been a resurgence of teams not going right. So that's cool. I could care less if the white knights don't like me. If the bads get their feelings hurt and leave it's fine with me.
