For now. Steam users will bore of this game quickly and move on to something else. Then we will be right back to Community Waitfare again.

I'd say that has more to do with the current event than anything. If it's still like that after the event I'll be more impressed.

I would look at those numbers with a grain of salt considering there is an event going on right now. It's when there is no event that the numbers are more revealing.

hell, we got farmed and I still got over 100. faction is way easier to get the prize than pub is lol

Any new 'launch' gets a honeymoon period, plus more people stay at home playing games during winter. Then its going to be player churn time.

I can't believe they didn't stop pugs vs premades in CW before steam.

the amount of farming Ive been subject to is amazing.

But then again, as much as the cw comp ppl talk about their skill, theyd flip their **** if there was ever a pug/premade queue made for CW

sadly the population is still to small for a pug/premade que in CW. what id love to see though is a small group say up to 4 plus pugs vs each other then or something along those lines

I totally disagree I think PGI could make a pug only 12v12 and it would work out just fine like it did in solo MM.

Plus PGI could make 4v4/1lt/1med/1hev/1assault or a combo that works and 6v6 drop deck the same for CW battles and it would also work well for players that want a shorter drop time and battle time.

But CW needs more game modes this stupid E-tard sport mentality needs to go by the devs and staff and be replaced with more tactical fun game modes and co-op mission modes.

It is totally unconscionable. These sorts of things are easy to see through because they are based entirely on attacks and lies.

And I think it would be a great thing to see the comp teams freak out and cry because they cant seal club anymore. Plus most the comp teams are a bunch of pussysss assss punks that avoid true competition by not playing other comp groups.


It should never have been pug vs premade to begin with and this is extremely simple stuff to choose about your game.

I was under the impression that CW phase 3 will have separate queues for PUG and groups. Not sure if I saw it on twitter or somewhere else. Its been fun playing with all the new folks though. I think fun is the right word...

Community Warfare is meant to be played as "teams" of players (not nessessarily same units). It is supposed to require a certain level of coordination. A split queue is never supposed to exist because PGI did not want solo pugs vs solo pugs determining planet capture.

FRR shows how a faction community can band together to be coordinated (this shows in the Tukayyid stats). They have a FRR faction TS hub where all the FRR units are on, and can coordinate themselves to be more effective. When you usually face a FRR team, even when the players are scattered across 3-4 different units, they are all on the same page, and thus play much better than say, 12 Wolf pugs.

I am still under the impression that PGI wants CW planets to be determined by Faction units, and not pugs. Unsure if PGI plans to set unit membership limits and such to prevent superunits from having the influence that they have right now though. CW is warfare, sometimes Crack Units will run into Militia, and the results are predictable...

fine then, require team participation. Dont let solo players play CW

but that will never happen because solos are made to be cannon fodder in CW. It was designed that way.

It's such a ******* cosmic waste that you made this great game mode and then ******* threw it into a fire over some shittarded metagame nobody but a real intentional-mouthbreather would give a **** about in a thousand years.

It would be so much better if it just capped parties at 4 players and called it a day. One planet, one pie chart, factions for giggles but the game mode itself the focus of the fun. A great lance can still tilt a match but split the teams three ways and odds are both sides end up with a great lance a lot of the time.

but no fanservice or whatever because this game definitely does the high strategy tabletop game and ultra-competitive for-profit cryengine esports scene (somehow both of these things) justice oh wait
