and recently Diablo 3 after a 3 year break because my friends got it cheap some weeks ago. Kinda fun, now that everything changed

Beside those, we try all kind of coop games, last one I played was BroForce, which is really hilarious at least for some hours!

i dont play other games, this one is all consuming. currently stuck on a lump of premium time and im too cheap to not use it.

id love to go back to minecraft or ksp. or use some of those new games i got over the holiday. maybe work on my game engine. judging by the crap that seems to sell these days i might even be able to pass it off as commercial game.

Got to play SWTOR - it is the reason I could care less about LORE in MWO. I had to learn the hard way online game mechanics and player habits > than existing LORE. I am just a sucker for anything SW.

Darkest Dungeon (which, BTW, gets a full release next week!)
Finished Shadow of Mordor last week after i got it on a ludicrous sale. Fun game with some great ideas, but after a while your character becomes so OP that it becomes too easy.

You know, the others are playing it nowadays when they aren't here.

For me though, it's Path of Exile. It's the only place where I praise RNGesus.

Apart from MWO I currently play Dominions 4 and M&B Warband.

My most anticipated releases are Bannerlord and Total war Warhammer.

I also have the shadowrun games newly installed but I haven't felt an urge for single player games or RPGs in a while, it looks like they are fun though.

Old favourites I can really recommend:
Darwinia & Multiwinia.
Frozen synapse.
Trine 1 & 2 (play it with your kids )
Lugaru, the rabbit's foot. (you can check out Overgrowth as well, not sure it'll ever get finished though. But it's already playable and has played made maps and missions to download.)

I honestly dropped most of those games again, however. I still go back to Dark Souls now and again, but not as much as I used to. I'm pretty much just playing MW:O at the moment. Current injuries aside, I spend just a little too much of my spare time at the gym to play much more than I do

Well, there is a back story, but that's not explicitly told throughout the games. They'll give you lots and lots of hints and stuff but never outright tell you what's what. I'd recommend starting with Dark Souls I either way, though. It is the superior game all around, mostly due to vastly superior world building and level design. With the community made patches, it runs perfectly fine and doesn't look appreciably worse than DkS II.

Lately I've been playing a lot of Post-Apocalyptic Junk Hoarder, or Fallout 4 as some claim it's called. Oh! Look! a bunch of old dinner plates nobody's bothered to pick up for 200 years. Can't leave those behind! Might need ceramics at some point, and those rusty tincans are surely useful and valuable!

One thing's for sure, the Wasteland will be a lot cleaner after my character's run through it picking up every bloody piece of trash like some OCD garbageman.

I've also been having fun in Darkest Dungeon. The adventurers are not having fun. They're getting mentally traumatized every time I send them out, but hey, can't make a questomelette without breaking some adventurereggs, right?

Elite: Dangerous. It's been a while since I logged in, but With the newest expansions I'll probably give it a og again.

I've backed both Star Citizen, Shroud of the Avatar, Kingdome Come: Deliverance and Warhammer 40000: Eternal Crusade, but I'm holding off on playing those until they're finished or at least close to finished as I've made the mistake of burning myself out on games in the past through early acces before they were even in a finished state.
