My only comment is that I don't understand why one variant out of four gets 50% velocity while the others get 30%.

The others don't have significantly superior quirks anywhere else, and all of them seem to come stock with some kind of PPC.

It just seems arbitrary.

Do not try to understand Paul's thoughts. Just pray that he gets replaced by someone more competent.

I am really interested in the WH due to its appearance. However the hard points do seem a little underwhelming, as in it seems to lack in hardpoints of other types (ballistics, missles). If you are all for PPCs (which seem to suck in this game) and lasers i suppose its fine and dandy.

The variant with 50% PPC velocity also comes with 20% Ballistic velocity, so people can pick if they wanna do PPC build or Boom build. So why not put it on the mech where people can spend more cash for a variant with extra CBills.

It's late and I made this post most out of sarcasm. But, who knows... It is a business and they want to make money in one way or another.

Quirks seem semi-mediocre, but then so are almost all the Resistance pack mechs that have come out in packs recently.
1 had range, 1 has better heatgen, last one laser duration..
Minimal quirks except the PPC velocities.

What I find funny though, is that the BJ has those same level of Structure %'s.. lol.

If its as tanky as a blackjack, then maybe might be worth it.

It won't be as small and fast so its not going to be as tanky.

You do realize that IS LL competes with cLPL which has 600m, right?

you know, instead of qurking all bloody IS mechs to +range quirks which does nothing than getting more longrange engagements (and we all know thats what will be happening.... current +range mechs prove that already tbh)
they could just set down the LPL range of the clan pulse lasers.

600m is just too much for them anyway, especially in comparison to IS lpl's. (unquirked)
