Ive been away for work all week, haven't even been in game to try it yet!

I haven't seen this, though I'm not denying the OP's experience. For me, Polar Highlands is usually selected when it comes up, which is fine. I like it. No obvious Nascar monument in the center, and it forces people to think about cover vs. "hide behind this huge rock all day."

I've seen the new map get passed up.

I'm still not voting for it since I've now moved on to my Cicada 2B with even shorter range than the 2A. It was a bummer when I Was on polar with the 2B and was pretty much useless (with MPLasers). Just hide in the trench and read a book till the fight gets close enough :/.

Avoiding? Exact opposite in my opinion. It's winning every vote. I've been watching DrKillers stream on twitch most of the morning and he's getting annoyed by how much it's coming up!
