6r 1 ac10 1 lbx 10 4 med lasers std 250....good at finishing damaged mechs.Solo'd an Executioner in it last night which surprised me.
7s 3 lrm15 artemis 4 med laser xl280....im not much of an lrm guy but this thing gets the job done especially on big open maps.
Overall my favourite is the Widow because I like ballistics. The others are ok,nothing special but not bad either.Ct on them could do with a buff.

As for Warhammers. Didn't play them much to figure final loadouts, but yes, i keep PPC, and in arms. Will try to keep at least one of them so.
PS Anybody noticed cute NARC model on WHM ?

6R with 1gauss 3LPL, XL300 3tons ammo. Meta as it gets.
6D 2LPL 5MPL, STD300. Hot as hell, but effective as hell.
7s....not built anything witht it. probably run as LRM mech.

Overall I'm finding this robot very enjoyable but not quite as "good" as the Marauder. Looking forward to what the Rifleman and Archer will bring and hope they're made with the same care and attention as our first 2 classics.

I did build my 6D, but I haven't really used it yet (tested it in one match, which it did well in, but no extensive use). It's got 2x LPL, 3x MPL, and 4x SPL, and without anything unlocked on it I ended up with 650ish dmg and 2 kills.
My BW is nearly stock, just removed something miniscule to give it a little chance to breathe better. Played 2 matches in it the night I got it, can't remember how well I did (middle of the road matches, like 300ish dmg and a kill or two each match).

As many LPL and ML as I can fit.
Sorry.
...and XL 340.

The quad AC/5 widowmaker is also a great build, but at that point, I guess everyone already is aware of that.

My Widow is 325XL, 4xLPL, 4xMG; it's a giant, non-jumping Ember.

The 6R[S] Ive got the stock 280 standard engine, 2xLPL, 4xML, 1xLRM10. I haven't tried the build I put on my non-[S] 6R yet (300XL, 2xPPC, 2xAC5).
The 6D I'm running with a 300 standard, 3xLL, 4xSPL, and 2xSL.

Couldn't see you through the fire? I've run into people trying to pull that trick. In such cases, I just target and aim for the center of the box. The flamers are more of an annoyance than a threat.

Honestly, I could see 1 or 2 flamers as an in-your-face distraction. Firing them unexpectedly would definitely buy you a second or two of confusion. Doubt it will work much once you hit tier 3.

The 6R(S) is my favorite; also running 300STD with twin PPC (in the arms, dammit), quad ML and twin MG. I really do want to get the SRM6 back on the shoulder, and may grit my teeth and mount a 325XL to do that. I wanted to keep the small lasers, but ran out of triggers and found I needed more close-up firepower to stop lights from pushing inside the PPC minimum range. Quad mediums did the trick, but I had to lose the SRM for them.
The 6D is my deadliest; 280STD, twin PPC, and quad MPL. Simple to use, tough, and with my highest kill count so far.
The 7S is the variant I've struggled with the most; after fiddling with several builds I have it set up just like the 6D for the time being. Once I get it Elited I'm considering loading up a big XL engine and ERPPCs for long-range fighting. Right now it cannot handle the heat load.
After seeing Bishop's PPC mount-bumping trick, I'm seriously considering stealing it as well.

Ended up #44 on the leaderboard, first time I've ever been close to competitive on those things. Must not have been many people in that particular pool this weekend.
I agree with Bishop Steiner, I find it aesthetically appalling that I do not have PPCs or ER PPCs in the arms - but they are not there because I find that I have a terrible time with PPC registration. I specifically tend to lose any HSR battle because my ping is very low to the N American servers, so whatever I think is going on will likely be adjusted for someone else's ping.
I want PPC class weapons, clan and IS, to be much stronger and terrifying. I am doing so much better with the dual gauss even with ST & XL, rather than taking the PPCs it is absurd and I really think the problem is with the PPC, not the Warhammer.

The 6R I typically run 2 LPL and 4MPL along with BAP and sometimes AMS
The 6D, I haven't found my "sweet spot" yet
The 7S, I'm having success with a few different LRM designs. I've run everything from 3 LRM20s to 3 LRM10s along with assorted back up weaponry.
Those builds generally do very well for me. The AC2 BW is just fun to play. It's like giving the big middle finger to lurm boats on maps like Polar lol
Sit back at 1200 meters and just plink them and watch them run away in panic
