As for cheaters: report them if you suspect cheating and wait. They're waiting to get lots of them at once.

Just break one of the CoC rules and get this thread pushed to K-town.... K-town has poutine btw! OH! And as a bonus you get to see a moderator -- sometimes they let you touch them.
They've never let me touch them.
(On the serious side)
Yes, some way of down-voting bad posts would be nice.... we have a like button why not a "Jettison" button.

For example - I had a CW match yesterday, first mech: 9+ alphas, dropped arty in the middle of a large mech cluster, 1 kill, 1 kill assist, 42 DMG
42 DMG
Sure, I believe 42 DMG is the correct number PGI - Clearly bugged - it's the hit reg, or the numbers being transmitted were somehow scrambled on route. It happens, from time to time, so don't get too bent out of shape about it. Ever since I got here this game has had reg issues. Sometimes better, sometimes worse.
Was there a big electromagnetic solar storm that day? - why yes, there was - I am leaning towards the interference caused by these storms as a contributing factor in the reg issues.

There is no doubt that Clan mechs should have the range advantage over IS mechs, it only makes sense and that some IS mechs need to have some quirks reduced but honestly the balance between Clan's and IS has never been this close IMO.
You need to do what IS players have been doing sine Clan mechs were first released which is adapt to the ever changing meta. Right now what builds use to be good for you may not be as good now. Stop putting on ER Large Lasers on your mechs for example because they won't compete with IS ER Large Lasers + range quirks, adapt to the many benefits that still remain in Clan mechs.
As a side note PGI is reducing IS range quirks and removing negative quirks off of Clan mechs if that makes you feel better. Everybody can have the OP Timber back to its original glory. Will see how the balance holds up.

No, that can not be it!!! Clanners fight Clanners as often as they fight IS forces, so they have looked in the mirror and have seen themselves. But if they are losing horribly vs IS forces while nothing has changed in the matchups vs other Clans, PGI must have done something wickedly!!!??? And everyone knows that IS always gets the newbies using trial or uncustomized mechs, may be those trial and stock mechs have been really tricked out by PGI!!! Don't forget that the big merc units always, always sides with Clans, have they been crying about buffed IS forces ?
... Just tagging the OP a tad but some people should take a step back and look at the overall picture. That Clans do not fight Clans as often as they should, even though they should, having Trials about something (lore-wise), traveling merc units have always changed the face of the map whenever they move, and usually to the same major faction (IS or Clan), AND with the influx of Steamers, which also brought others back, generally the newbies have gone more so primarily IS, but this time the Clans have gotten an influx of newbies while at the same time mercs switched to IS.
That type of change in population has had big effect on things. And even with the change in quirks in the upcoming patch, those merc units are likely about to switch factions again, as it is about that time again. It is not just 12unit drops but small forces too.
