You had a high ratio because you had such a low number of games. Add more games and the number will fall because each games wont influence the ratio as much. I have a mech with a win ratio of 8 and kill ratio of 16 SIXTEEN! and it's not because im that good aight.

In any case your reason to quit is ridiculous but please do if you feel multiplayer games and match makers should hold your hand and make you win.

That's basically normal. The MM hates seeing people get any significant distance from 1.0 and will increasingly make teams worse for you until you can't carry or you simply break the system as a giant robot god of war.

Stop crying about it. The MM can and will attempt to skunk you in solo queue and does so generally with win streaks and losing streaks. This means that you will have teams that you're dropped into that can count only to potato.

There is no escape, although it'll have more problems with getting garbage team-mates as you go up and will just plain be whacked out in group queue eventually, pitting good but average players against 8-mans from comp teams to get it's losing done.

I don't think you can.

All you can do is assume derp and predict derp, and perhaps make an attempt to prevent derp... only in which case you have a chance to avoiding derp.

Of course, if you find people in a faction hub or team TS, and listen to a competent drop caller for a group drop... you might even escape derp altogether (except, you'll derp anyways).

I mostly play CW as a solo these days. Easily +90% of my games are losses. So you got rekd one weekend boohoo.

In about 10k games in solo queue I have a 52% win ratio. MM will try to keep your ratio 1:1. You get days where you're always winning and days where no matter what happens you lose. 600 games is nothing at all.

Don't plan on it getting better. The higher your tier goes the less you can really do to cause a game to win. After 10k+ games I am only 1.2 to 1

No trolling here, but come on. That is the horrid aspect of the game that is driving you to consider quitting? Seriously!?

Gather round, and let me tell you a story:
Once upon a time a stupid person, who having only played for six months or so decided to drop some cash on the game and bought 20 different IS light mechs. This stupid person then spent the next six months mastering them. In this process of learning how to drive lights, the game introduced psr. The stupid person actually managed to get his T5 bar to the point where it didn't show (this is called T6). The stupid person's w/l and kdr became horrid, horrid statistics that are still not looked at without shuddering.

Now, perhaps because of his aforementioned stupidity, or perhaps because the game is fun and challenging, the stupid person in our story never once thought "this sucks so bad I should quit!", but rather keep thinking: "Man, am I bad at this. Better keep trying to get better!"

So, here you are thinking of quitting because of 2 extra losses, over even, in your w/l ratio. And I thought what I did was...

Yeah, you got out of T4/T5 and now you are no longer playing with the people that can't find the W key or their LMB, welcome to the land of playing competent players.

Come back when you have that many games on each of the maps, then you'll have a better idea of how good or not good or how much more skilled of a player you are once you actually have some experience.

No offense but can we STOP insulting lower tier players? Everyone starts the game at the bottom. Some suck and some are quite good. If rl keeps you from being unable to play 4 hours a day the climbing out of lower tiers takes time. There is no need to keep creating divisions needlessly. Besides just because you reach a higher tier doesn't mean you are awesome. Plenty of tier 1 players make noob moves and die in the first 30 seconds of a match.
