Yeah. I know. There 3 type of Lights. May be you are not survival squirrel one. You hide behind others. And when others fail at being your meat shield - you blame others for not "carrying" you enough.
I am not "hiding" behind other players. At least for me tanking damage in a light is not the way to go.
And i
never blame other players. Pls dont insinuate such a behaviour on me. As MWO is very team-orientated every player is "carried" by the others.

I don't know exact reasoning of this players. May be they are trying to "prove" something - that they are not so "bad", as the rest of the team. May be they are trying to "punish" their team for performing so poorly. May be they are trying to "troll" enemy team - they think, that their victory shouldn't be so easy.
See - i don't even carfe for the intentions of the ninja-squirrels. As long as it is not shutting down oder just hiding and avoiding enemy contact i either watch its last stand or quit and move on to the next round.
Long time ago i stopped taking things in the internet serious.

Anyway. I want to tell you, that you're wrong in any case. It's not other players, who should be blamed - it's terrible MM, that has put you into imbalanced match. There is nothing to prove. There is nobody to blame. MM is terrible, match was unbalanced, your team was stomped. Just deal with it. Reconcile and move on.
As i said before - i am not blaming anyone - i just move on as i said many times before.
Since i played MWO i never "forced" another player to give away my position. I am just theorizing about the topic.
btw - i myself do sometimes give the postion of mechs of my own team to tne enemy: if they are DC or obviously afk.

Who are the best Light pilots in my opinion? I saw such a pilot today. It was HPG. He was in Raven. We lost - he was the last 'Mech standing. He knew, that enemies were near and were coming to him. He could just run away, go to outside of map and start circling around it. But he stayed. He ran under radar around enemy team and ambushed one of them. Enemies spotted him. But again he didn't run away and hide. He took position under radar and fought two remaining enemy 'Mechs. Yeah, he lost. But he lost with honor - not as coward.
So he went down in "a blaze of glory" like ... hmmm ... i do, too (see my topics above)
I am no native english speaker but i have the impression there is some kind of misunderstanding between the two of us:
I find the ninja-squirrel thing annoying, but as long as the squirrel is - somehow - fighting the enemy there is no reason to comnplain or give away its position, even if it forces me to "waste" a few minutes of my lifetime to let the light pilot play the game.
No more, no less .
So pls stop calling ppl cowards or assume they would deliberatly "troll" the gamers. There are more shades than just black and white.
