I agree, I see a group with a clear line formed I run behind to count numbers and drop a UAV and get gunned down in the process my team wins I get = even though I successfully played my role. Instead I find myself sitting out the first half of the match painting a miniature until a combat line forms then I start playing. Both have their place but only one of the two is rewarded.

If they did that, soon so many would be T1, the existing T1s would complain about having to play with n00bs.

Here is my query for the town hall meeting:

When using AMS in game to shoot missiles down can we get a c-bill reward so there is an incentive in using it

When do we get CW Phase 3?

When do we get bigger maps for quick play?

When do we get new faction warfare maps?

In short, do we get new content or else?

Not only that, but it freaking exposes your position before you even try to fire a missile. Why not open it left and right instead of only the top of the missile rack.

Are you happy with pixel perfect alphas? If not what are your intentions?

Collisions and knock downs have been out of the game for long time now, is there any intention to re-implement them?

A heat scale with more than just a shutdown consequence could solve quite a few balance issues, is that something you are willing to consider?

You had some good ideas in the last PTS, but seemed to cancel all of it over an issue with just one feature, are those other ideas still up for consideration?

I'm curious about the upcoming Ban-Hammer I've heard about. I have no interest in playing with or against cheaters.

And I find that the smaller maps seem to be more enjoyable. You can get into the action quickly as opposed to the larger maps where you have to walk for a few minutes before you see anyone, and even then they are usually at some huge range.

I'm not saying get rid of the large maps. Just maybe consider making new smaller ones too.
Something inside of an indoor complex might be fun. Like a Mech factory, or some underground bunker...maybe built into the side of a mountain or something. Tactics wise it would be different.....like spots where UAVs and LRMs wouldn't work due to the low ceiling. There are already spots like that on the maps, so it should be doable.

My question: The rest of the totem Mechs, like the Warwolf, Nova Cat, Jade Hawk, so on and so forth... yes / no and concievably when? Don´t get hung up on the names, I know a few like the Jade Hawk won´t work in the timeline yet, just grabbing totem models off the top of my head... and Yes, I know the IS also has some that they can keep ;)

Because prolonged survival is not incentive enough? 0.o

I understand where you´re coming from, and don´t get me wrong, I would like to see more AMS in use, but I don´t think applying a c-bill reward that anyone would care about to passively shooting down missiles is the way to go, because that would push the pendulum too far in the other direction........ No, absolutely not. One of the main issues on a lot of big maps is being seen half way across the map and being drowned in ERLL fire and having nowhere to run since the enemy knows your position. With that massive a radar range, LRMs would become far more annoying since it would be easy to maintain a lock. What they're doing with info warfare is perfect, nerf the sensors on larger mechs while giving a slight sensor buff to the lights, that way they have a more defined role.

I was heartbroken when the laser focus mechanic was dropped, don't get me wrong, I thought that the range nerf was too much in it's initial state, but if they made it so it only affected ERLLs and brought their unfocused range down to an LL that would've helped with how ridiculously OP they are on open maps. It would've also made ECM a lot more viable on large maps.

I disagree. On multi-AMS mechs like the KFX-C, which devote some tonnage for the extra AMSs and ammo, they should get rewarded for protecting others from LRM fire.

Seeing a lot of posts in this thread by people claiming to be "stuck" in PSR..

Sorry to break it to you, but if you're stuck, you belong there. If you're getting top damage, multi-kill matches, and still losing PSR, or staying the same, you're lying, or you have a reportable bug. When you do 400ish dmg, you'll always get at least equal, more than that, plus some kills, you will go up in PSR even on a loss. I have it happen all the time.

If you're better than your team, and actually putting out a worthwhile performance, you will still go up in Tier even if you lose 100% of the time. If you're saying otherwise, you're completely full of crap.

Will Catapult missile bay doors receive a revamp during the remodel, and can we expect the Archer doors to work in the same way (are they part of the component hitbox, or can they be shot-off)?
