Yeah, you are lucky.... you guys also have some legalized items we do as well (in DC proper), not sure how kosher that is here since it's legal in DC and CO, but not in other places.

I lived in DC for nearly 6 years for the college and etc. It's a great city to be in!

Ahh what years? We just legalized pot in some cases and some other stuff. Cops were told to stop enforcing the federal laws. Huge **** fest over tobacco in doors (we lost on that, sucks), legalized certain foods, beat back a foie gras ban (this was important to me), and opened up to food carts.

I work off K street (lol I know), but can hit the warf for crabs, grab medical shop on the way, get a cuban cigar and drink great beer, and then get chorizo tacos straight off the cart and grill.

I grew up here though...

Though, your fair state kicks our *** for snow sports, but that's fine, I have family in Austria!

USA is odd, the coasts are great, the other places..... heh, oh brother. There are some nice places in between, but costal America is completely different from rural/southern America.

For a food tour of the US. Cali, Oregon, Alaska, DC tri state (only makes sense if you live here), NY, Austin for BBQ, Miami for Cuban!

Thanks for the advice bro, I will definitively being doing another tour soon. Hopefully next summer and I will be sure to hit up these areas for their delicacies.
