That is poor Public Relations, and is out-of-character for PGI. I hope you can slap them straight, as being forced into a particular 'bit level' based on your computer specs can cause a huge load of problems. A lot of people might stop playing if PGI messes them up like that, and I might end up on that list of victims.

My computer is from Oct 2014. It is still of a current standard.
I see no need to buy a new one just yet.

September 2015-build here... parts are an older vintage, though, like 2012-2013-ish. I hope I'm not completely screwed as well, but haven't managed to finish downloading the patch data yet.

5 hats what I asked their support. They said I no longer can and that 64 bit computers can only run the 64 bit client. I was sending them screen shots and various files as they attempt to troubleshoot why I can't run in 64 bit, and have just looked over that I was satisfied in the past running 32 bit. We need more then just me blowing up the support queue. This is BS

- Drill to your MWO folder/Bin32, right click on MWOClient.exe and select send to desktop as a shortcut.
- Then right click on the shortcut, properties, Shortcut tab. Add to the end of the target line a space after the " then -nopatch and save.
Standalone
- Target: "F:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\Bin32\MWOClient.exe" -nopatch
- Start in: "F:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\Bin32"
Steam Version
- Target: "F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\MechWarrior Online\Bin32\MWOClient.exe" -nopatch
- Start In: "F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\MechWarrior Online\Bin32"
PS. Make sure it is MWOCLIENT.exe in 32BIN folder, NOT the MechwarriorOnline.exe (patcher) nor MWOClient.exe in the 64Bin folder.
Okay, I think am finished editing
