So, I really enjoy playing the Urbanmechs, they are challenging but can be very rewarding when played right. When they announced the Hero, I thought for sure they would release it because while yes it is sort of a joke, it still isn't completely broken and everything stated on it is actually on par with the other Urban Mechs.

I for one would put money into getting the Urban Mech Hero. Does anyone know if it is like the Urban Mech and would become a thing, or if it was just an elaborate joke? I mean, 5 Laser Hardpoints, 1 Ballistic Hardpoint, and 1 AMS would make it a unique version of the Urban Mech compared to 2/4, 3/3, 4/2. Does anyone know if it will actually become a thing?

almost certainly not.

But then, 2 years ago, Urbie was an aprils fools joke, and look where we are now.....

never say never. (unless it comes to actual GOOD ideas for game balance.....)
