I agree that the MAD-3R is the best Marauder, but the +30% C-Bills of the BH2 is useful and I like the hero idea...
We'll see.
Certainly I will take the Warhammer pack with the Hero.

BH2 still has it's merrits. 3x LPL + 3x ML or Gauss + 6 ML (STD on each one) isn't bad at all. I definitely didn't want to sound too pessimistic here.

Hey everyone!!

We have 2 genuine complaint posts so far from people who say the financial contributors should not receive any special treatment! Thread is now complete.

I don't really view it as a slap in the face or why people would hate on purchase events. To my knowledge, they always piggy back with a Personal challenge that everyone can participate in. Actually I view these as good things... as games go, this one isn't cheap to support when a pack of a single chassis costs near a full retail game otherwise. So those that choose to support by buying into admittedly premium priced e-content get a little extra something in thanks. What's the big deal, personally I think PGI DID think it through well. Everyone benefits from free swag, and to encourage (this is a business afterall) some revenue an extra thank you for supporters. Really, this is not different than the rest of real life... Buy a ticket, go to the show. Buy a VIP ticket, get better seats at said show... examples could go on for days.

:)

Excuse me, but you must have forgotten that this is a communist utopia where everything is shared for free. That's why I keep letting Paul borrow my K2, although he always returns it with empty mountain dew cans and hotdog bun crumbs all over the cockpit.

Let the Robotech challenge commence!

(If it was for classic mech, Not Robotech,Griffins, locusts and Battlemaster would count).

But other than semantics, no complaints. I got some marauders but am levelling griffins.

I hope a "Killer Deals" over laps with this early next week. I might actually go and participate in the non-peasant portion of this event.

That's why the F2P needs to go, but at least we made it deep into page 2 before the cat calls started. I was going to hold off on the Riffleman for CBills, but looks like that's not going to happen. I like the new single mech packs. I treat them as a monthly subscription.
Thanks PGI for the plethora of prizes and for giving us a weekend off between events. They get to be exhausting for those of us with 2 accounts.

Loving the event, feels good getting that Marauder. I noticed all your graphics show red mechs but you are giving away yellow colours, kinda odd that?

Still great stuff, was looking forward to an event :)

That line is wrong, we get items as usual.

And I finally decided to grind lights this weekend...after two years in a dusty mechbay.

Not now, since I just bought Warhammers. I'll be grinding those.
