I would if there was more than 3 prizes. I like to see some random and some other low end stuff. As of now 99% of us are just playing for fun.

dude, 10 bucks for a 10% boost of 6+ months is nothing??? common people, all im reading in this forum is basically: i want everything for free... well, let me tell ya, PGI is a company, like it or not, they have to pay employees and need to make the money, having half of those 10 bucks put into the tournament, means that you are getting MORE than half a year of XP boos, and 3 nice cockpit items for 5 bucks to PGI, not really a bad deal at all

They do say there will be prizes of in game things like MC and such at the regional finalist level - but no mention of how many teams will be regional finalists, or what the specific prizes are going to include.

For $10 I'll probably pick it up, the 60% XP boost with premium time will be nice for leveling up things and I think the 3 cockpit items look good. Would be nice to hear the warhorn first, hopefully it's not another lame jingle horn...

Sorry I guess your misunderstanding what I am saying and my attitude

I don’t want any favors
I prefer if I paid a monthly fee or better yet let me buy a game then we can go our separate ways
Like all the other games I bought since the early 1980's

Now if you want a donation just say we are looking for donations

well, yeah, i kinda get you, but you have to remember that the model of selling (and buying games) have changed just like everything else in the last two decades, im a new player, you can see the number of posts that i have, and im tier 4, im not trying to atack you or be mad at anyone, im just saying: they still have to make the money to keep the servers running and so... and technically, since they are giving people 3 items, and an XP boost, its not asking for a donation, its selling those items and the boosters, they cannot simply ask for donations, they could, but how would that turn out to be...

anyway, what im trying to say its: it seems like a good deal dude, i live in Colombia (colOmbia, with an O thats the country, not colUmbia) and those 10 bucks are like 2 or 3 full days of work at the minimun wage, and still, for half a year of XP boost and 3 unique , it doesnt look like a bad deal at all, at least from a newer player point of view, just think about it half a year of a boost (at any % level) for what a coke and a burger may cost somewhere else.

I'll support the game by buying premium time, an occasional mech pack or MC for converting XP if I just can't stand to level a 'Mech by playing it. That way I can pretend that my money isn't being used to fund an E-Sports (lol) tournament.

I support the game with the occasional mech and MC purchases. For the tournament, I'd pay for a one time 30% C-Bill bonus token applicable to any mech I own. I barely ever use any of the cockpit clutter they shower us with though.

10% XP was nice, but why I will be buying it is because of the 10% more C-Bills. From the patch notes:

With the patch notes adding +10% to c-bills on top of +10% XP, I reverse my decision and will buy the package. +10% XP and c-bills for seven and half months for $10 is a good deal.

Pointed this out in patch notes thread. Now states +10% to c-bills on top of +10% XP.
I think more people will get it now.
