Computer wont get past bios

No beeps,
boots off of a usb fine,
Anyone have any ideas where to look for problems?

Can you boot from CD? (altering the boot order of course)

Other then the 2000 clock cosair dd3 memory everything else is pretty standard on the motherboard. So I think its either the the memory or the Hard drive.

But first check to see if you can see your HD and memory chip on your bios.
If it was your memory chip gone bad then it would probably not let your display show up on the monitor.

heres how it went...
booted from usb, went thru the steps
booted from hard drive, hard drive completed the steps
now..
its boots to bios, then resets. It could be the HD but then again, it booted last time correctly to complete the windows install so I am not sure thats it.

It could simply mean it is on its last legs.
