-.75 Heat would be good, but that's the farthest I would go to - gen heat for them. I'm hopeful for LBX buff, I can wreck even more havock with my LB Dire Wolf, and make some builds viable for once.

And how I'm doing? I could be better, with the work slapping on beautiful large sectors to Survey and people to argue with on whether it's legal or not to build a building near the tracks on old property lines. And you?

I'm well, thanks for asking. Surveys and legal issues, huh? I hope they get resolved amicably. Back onto the thread. I would go a full heat. You won't notice a half or 3 quarters of a single heat point reduction. Add to that slow PPCs and the fact that LPL are almost universally considered as superior and you see why we need big quirks to get pilots to bring PPCs.

-Rolling Factory output from your Faction for specific mech(s). Use the "material" available for a bonus in matches. Since we don't have a rolling time line, put the master list on random rotation, with mechs specific to that faction with a better % chance.

Or, you know you could just roll back the stats on LPLs a bit.

It's amusing. Lasers basically got where they are to compete with poptarting. Poptarting then got broken to Hoverjets(TM Paul) and things on the weapon front got left as-is.

I would rather buff a weak or medicore weapon than nerf a strong one to "bring it in line". You could increase the heat or reduce the range slightly but you'd have to drastically nerf it to make people bring PPCs and even then they might switch to Large Lasers or ER Large Lasers instead.

Poptarting was an issue. We don't want to return to that era but we shouldn't let bad weapons continue to be sub-optimal out of that fear.

I'm a civil engineer actually, land surveying is one of my jobs.

oh, I know that civil engineers and land surveying go hand in hand...I kind of look down on PE's that aren't alsp PS's (or PLS's, or RS's, or whatever you state decides to call licensed surveyors..they all differ lol)

So... Marauders available for C-Bills... And a flash marauder cammo sale...

No, it is not the announcement we were looking for... But an announcement, it is.

Is this where you wanted to post this?

I'm curious, honest.

"Patch notes: YAY Marauder up for C-bills! GET IT NAO!

Phase 3 unfortunately delayed until 2017. Have fun with the Marauder guys!

See you on the battlefield

PS: Don't make threads about lack of information or they will get deleted"

Like mine did....(no not sent to K-Town, just straight up deleted, no information about why, nothing). Really great moderation guys, this is how you build up trust!

Or rather, at Least post some sort of proof before others try and bash your head in.

Why didn't you ask then? There's always the option to ask why.

Why do I need to get a PM from another USER that my thread got deleted? How should I know who deleted it? Why delete it? Why not lock it? Why not move it? Why should I chase down the one who did it, and instead dont get a notification of why and when, which would be the least thing you (as in you moderators) could do?

Like I said SUPERB way to deal with your customers. Really helps me spend more.

How about deleting the comments, then posting your reason in there. Instead of randomly deleting the entire thing. Takes a whole 5 seconds longer, and saves the person from having to wonder why. Moderation and censorship are 2 different things.

Yeah, I wanted to post about an announcement because this thread had deteriorated away from that theme. We are all waiting for announcements, and the fact that the Marauder announcement popped up gave us all something to look at and salivate over while we wait for another announcement.

There, I have announced my announcement announcement intention.

I lost you at the first sentence, you said that you shouldn't get a PM from another that it got deleted? I'm just asking if you meant that you had to ask.

Usually I've been changing it up as well with notifying or letting everyone else know what's going on, this I have proof of.

And by the way, we are Volunteer Moderators, we don't work for PGI, we help them moderate the forums. That's the difference between us and them.

Like I said up before this, I've been doing that more often.

I see, well, let's start talking about it a bit then while we're at it.

The Marauder?

It's a mean, tough son of a *****, it can take quite the beating usually. I own them, and would say that they're not to my liking, but they are a fun break from the usual take 5 UAC 10 bursts spread and have a bloodied Orion IIC. I would say it's one of the most least heavies to penalize a new player if they make a mistake.

I am glad the notes come out at all before patches now. Although it was nice to have something to read while waiting.

I'm saying they overbuffed lasers. Notably large ones. Especially large pulse lasers. Endless buffage at this point just keeps the TTK crawling downwards.

Hard to fight a weapon that is the most efficient. But thats the way to win in any game. Find what is most efficient for killing things, plus fits your style of play.
