Why do I need to get a PM from another USER that my thread got deleted? How should I know who deleted it? Why delete it? Why not lock it? Why not move it? Why should I chase down the one who did it, and instead dont get a notification of why and when, which would be the least thing you (as in you moderators) could do?
Like I said SUPERB way to deal with your customers. Really helps me spend more.

I lost you at the first sentence, you said that you shouldn't get a PM from another that it got deleted? I'm just asking if you meant that you had to ask.
Usually I've been changing it up as well with notifying or letting everyone else know what's going on, this I have proof of.
And by the way, we are Volunteer Moderators, we don't work for PGI, we help them moderate the forums. That's the difference between us and them.

How about deleting the comments, then posting your reason in there. Instead of randomly deleting the entire thing. Takes a whole 5 seconds longer, and saves the person from having to wonder why. Moderation and censorship are 2 different things.
Like I said up before this, I've been doing that more often.

Yeah, I wanted to post about an announcement because this thread had deteriorated away from that theme. We are all waiting for announcements, and the fact that the Marauder announcement popped up gave us all something to look at and salivate over while we wait for another announcement.
There, I have announced my announcement announcement intention.
I see, well, let's start talking about it a bit then while we're at it.
The Marauder?
It's a mean, tough son of a *****, it can take quite the beating usually. I own them, and would say that they're not to my liking, but they are a fun break from the usual take 5 UAC 10 bursts spread and have a bloodied Orion IIC. I would say it's one of the most least heavies to penalize a new player if they make a mistake.

Wouldn't expect the notes until 8pm pacifiic, as per Russ. Sounds like they are busy getting them down.
Yeah Alex is working on it, he's stressed to get it done .-.
