Calling For A Clan Unit-Wide Boycott Of Fw

The time has come to return home. Our ranks are thinning; more and more pilots leave us every day. Soon, after pilots are finished farming loyalty points, only true Clan loyalists will remain.
Our ‘Mechs, once the admiration of all, have suffered many rounds of setbacks and no are longer a match for the magically-quirked machines of the Inner Sphere. Our side torsos are too exposed; our arms are too low; our heat is too high; our beams are too long; our auto cannons are too imprecise; our armor is too fragile.
Some Clan chassis got a recent upgrade but they are still fundamentally flawed by design. We await the Kodiak, but it appears that it will not be enough to fight off waves of Atlases and Black Nights which appear armored by divinity. There is currently little special about a Clan ‘Mech...
Yet, we do not seek technology superiority. We seek only a balanced fight.
The time has come for us to return to Clan space until our technology is upgraded. If our
enemy is smart, they are rooting for improvements from our manufacturer, otherwise they will have no one to fight but themselves. History says that does not bode well for them.
Let us return home and retool. In the meantime, we will only skirmish alongside our fellow warriors in regular battles.
Come join the many Clanners who have already boycotted Faction Warfare until we are truly competitive once again. It may be the only way our manufacturer fixes what is left of us.

You are going to have to give better examples than IS has magically-quirked mechs as evidence of this horrid state of imbalance, lest my fellow IS hacks point out equally overly broad and absurdist positions regarding clan XL engines, etc.
So, details please. Or will this be one of those typical forum threads where you cite to one or two specific mechs or better yet, a specific build of a specific mech and effectively conclude "see that one IS mech is really good therefore all Clan mechs are unplayable!" Or are you afraid that even in this case, the IS hacks will respond with "yeah, well what about the Timber, Crow and Cheetah?"
Again, details please, and perhaps some thoughtful analysis; or you and I both know that the above is how this thread will devolve.

I guess -MS- will have to go clan again soon and make another useless point about balance.

If they want to remove all Quirks, and make Clan and IS equip the same stats as the boardgame, Clan pilots would have to follow Zellbriggen, and IS would get to outnumber them 3:1 or 4:1
I would prefer for Quirks to be used to bring all mechs to a roughly equal performance threshold, so that the Summoner is viable in a game with a Timberwolf, or a Nova is viable in a game with Shadowcats and Stormcrows. And that IS battlemechs are equivalent but different from Clan omnimechs or Clan battlemechs of the same tonnage.

Quoted for all the truth.
IS learned to get its **** together when Clans were clownshoes OP. Win or lose, rain or shine, they show to fill drops.
The moment Clans don't have a big advantage they voided. Tails between legs, tears steaming down cheaks into neckbeards, sobbing about how they are SUPPOSED to be OP, running away.
Most only play clan when the odds are stacked in their favor.
Otherwise they run away crying and whimpering and asking their mommies why the world is so MMMMEEEAAANNNN.
Good.
Let them go.
Nothing of value was lost. The good players and teams stayed, bucked up and learned to win on skill.

Quoted for truth again. Except TRUE CLAN WARRIORS don't even have mommies.
Well, too bad for them.

You think the Clans invaded because we thought it would be easy? Nay, our goal is righteous liberation from the tyranny that has corrupted the Inner Sphere for Half a Millennium. Technological advantages are of no consequence, for we will achieve victory as it is the Will of Kerensky!
The strong will persevere and the weak will flee. You have made your position clear. By all means, go back to Strana Mechty and await word of our victories. We do not have need of you on the frontlines.

Individual skill is less of a factor, if you drop solo in CW and face a competent enemy 12 man, while half your team is in "trial" mechs. Yes we all know, that Team Work is overpowered, Focused fire is OP, coordinated / "tailored drop deck" based on map and mode are OP (BLR-1D painted white / light grey with ERLL for Boreal Vault any one?), min-maxing drop tonnage is OP.
At the end of the day, certain mechs and weapon load outs are going to be superior in majority of games, regardless of how many times they are balanced. To use the said, "superior" mechs is entirely up the drivers discretion.

We do not crave superiority, or even balance. Only the fight matters. There is more glory to be won in a fair fight rather'n with the odds on your side, to be true. But better yet to prevail against greater odds. To surpass a supposed superiority in technology or numbers, to eek out victory where other see only defeat. This is the true way of the Clans, of Warriors!
Does not combat against a steadfast unit invigorate you!? Does not your blood boil with pride and determination when you see a company of Inner Sphere mechs arrayed into a firing line against you, you own allies tromping with you towards chaos and destruction? How can you decry a foe worth fighting? Are you Ice hellion's, to hide behind Infantry and Tanks? Are you Innersphere Surats, to hide behind trickery and politics?
I say to Arms Brethren! I say we push into to Terra, take what is rightfully ours, and then give it back. Again. To show we can, and in hopes that this next time they will put up an even greater resistance than they have before.
I say we press on.
.... Annnd I've a blue powerfist next to my name. That's kinda awkward.

Shoot the gates instead of a generator? Check
Shoot a turret that's been dead for three waves? Check
Bring lurms on an attack and then whine for locks until gutted by a single light? Check
Spend time and energy shooting Omega on counterattack when the group is down two full companies? Check
Fire SRMs at targets a gauss can't reach? Check
....the list goes on and on...
Both sides have these guys, so you can stop blaming the tech.

Spreading slavery, eugenics and fascism through known space. Just like the Star League always wanted.
If someone only wants to play Clans because they want to play OP tech they're a burden on the population and dead weight that's good to cut loose.
