Looks awesome! Everything I hoped, almost. But I have to say:

"TAKE COMMAND"

This is kind of ironic and funny while Command Console remains a targeting computer and we have no command wheel. I know that may change in time, but still Posted Image

The next question is how large is the benefit? I'm thinking between 10 and 25%. Only sensor range though? Not target info gathering time?

Probably only sensor and not target. But this is only tinfoil hat theory TBH Posted Image

"This Battle Computer boosts the Sensor Range of not just the Cyclops, but any allied 'Mechs within range."

The range could be really restrictive.. as in backdoor humping can't move back range.

Read up above your quote. Tinfoil hat theory, not enough info yet.

Illuminati sympathizers. I knew it.

Eye camo looks fairly **** like to be honest.

It's a lower Ton Atlas unless it has Sensor Quirks, something we haven't seen yet.

I guess you didnt read that part about the Battle Computer?

I'm not good with Guass Posted Image

If CP-S Sleipnir can head mount a LPL, it'll be my favourite mech.

No IS mech can mount a LPL in its head, not enough slots.

Man, didn't think I'd at all be interested, but the hardpoints and engine cap sure are tantalizing. And once again, ALEX DA GAWD comes though with another masterpiece. This guy....

I hope they apply things like this to some of the other mechs that need it like the raven, commando and some others.

Head mounted laser on the hero is neat, quad ballistics makes it similar to a Mauler in some respects.

7 Missile hardpoint one could end up being an even bigger Archer 5W.

4 Missile 1 ballistic model could be set up like an Atlas S.

I'm going to ruminate on this a bit and see if they drop the range on the battle computer, but it is very tempting as it is my favorite assault.

A lot of people said that about the Archer w/ 9x SRM6 but in reality it will be borderline unplayable. Consistently getting into brawl range will be mission impossible.

400 engine cap, lots of missile hardpoints, good missile quirks. The other IS 90 tonners have 325 engine cap.

Try to make it tall and relatively skinny, try to make its hitboxes ideal for XL engines, if at all possible. And make one variant with high ballistic hardpoints for the kind of dual gauss sniping that the Mauler can't do very well.

Well, I was wrong about them using the CP-11-B, but I was right about the dual gauss. They just invented a new hero mech and gave it the dual gauss that is seen on the CP-11-B. The hardpoint location is a bit low, but maybe equipping 2 MGs will bump the gauss rifles higher.

I was also right about 400 engine cap and lots of missile hardpoints. The CP-10-Q has 6 missile hardpoints in the side torsos. Good bye Atlas S-variant. Hello 6xSRM4 Cyclops!

Probably, unless people can't give up one ton for high mount gauss...

so can we compare hardpoints with the Kodiak?

So any hardpoint inflation, we get that on the shoulders now, right?

Wow... no torso E hardpoints Posted Image I guess I will try to boat ACs.

Also why is the Hero variant a Viking mech and not a communist Liao themed?

It's based on General Ariana Winston of the Eridani Light Horse.
