In all seriousness, I'm going to run whatever the max number of UACs I can fit on the KDK-3 is.

But basically a bunch of ballistics with a couple of lasers and a ~xl375. Probably have my main be something like 4cuac5, lpl, 3erml or a mix of uac10 and uac5.

We'll see what the best combination is, I can see both 4UAC10 and the faster no-ghost-heat alternative 2UAC5 + 2UAC10 be good.
The other variants don't interest me as much, I'll try them stock and then find something effective to level.
Atlas sized with no structure quirks it might be a bit squishy for brawling, so my guess is the best builds will be midrange at least,

SB - Atlas (UAC20, 4xaSRM6, 2xERML) or 2xLPL, 4xaSRM6
Standard laser vom for KDKs 1 & 2, 2xLPLs, as many MPLs as I can stuff into them. Top up
Rage - KDK3, 4xLRM20, TAG in a 400XL and absolutely nothing else, not even a small laser, no armour either, excess tonnage used for more lurms or heat sinks.

Spirit Bear is going to be some incarnation of brawler. SRM6+A in the missile slots, big ballistic and we'll see how I handle remaining space for the arm energy points. 100 ton assault brawler with MASC seems it'll be a lot of fun.
The rest, we'll see. Probably just hump the meta with 'em because reasons.

I don't think I'll be doing dual-gauss as I currently have my Dire Wolf set up for that.

KDK4 with:
- 2UAC10 2LPLs 2CERMLs
KDK5 with:
- 2LPL+6CERMLs, at least TC1.

56 tons. Thats enough for 4 Gauss and 8 tons of ammo, and since Clan FF is more effcient than IS you will actually have space for another ton or two of ammo, so 9-10 tons... seems plenty, no? Certainly dont see a need to drop to a 250..
edit: 9 tons it is, because slots, if you take ES+FF. Still. 1350 dmg.

even in that case, if im in a light and i see a quadgauss somthing, i'll just try to get behind and shoot both ST rear. 2 alphas and GG the kodiak is now a stick.

Well, im not saying its a particularly good build, just that it doesnt need to STD250 levels of slow..

I was thinking the same thing though with a 295 so you can run more arm armor for shielding. Maybe not really need but 1t lighter for only a tiny bit speed loss. Either one seems like a better idea for quick play at least. But I'm guessing he was planning on being waaaayyyyyyyy back so he would want a lot of ammo because of damage reduction. Perhaps a CW turret type mech.
