Disconnects

This started with the FW3 patch and has not been resolved through any of the hotfixes.
Internet working perfectly outside of MWO.
This seems to be mostly isolated to faction play.

Alt-F4'ing/closing MWO and restarting allowed you to get in, but I still saw one game with over 75% DCs by the time I did, and two with half of both teams never actually getting in (likely not knowing how to work around it).

We have noticed that there appears to be some games that are failing to accept client connections. We are trying to get to the bottom of this now. It does appear to be something introduced with the latest patch (unconfirmed). This problem is specific to failing to connect to a match, i.e. getting kick back to mechlab during the loading screen, or not even getting to the loading screen at all.
If you are/have experienced this problem and want to help track it down, please send me a PM with the omicron.log file _after_ you experience the bug. Alternatively, you can open a ticket with our support team, and mention my name, they will forward the log to me. Please don't post your log files in this thread.
As for other types of disconnects, i.e. in the middle of the match, please feel free to send me those omicron.log files as well. Just give me some details about how/when it happened. I can investigate these too.
If you feel you are being unfairly penalized by the matchmaking system because of these disconnects, please open a ticket with our support team, they should be able to remove the penalty for you.
