If you dislike the experience you will not go back, apparently something is right and you were entertained so you continue to spend money.
Now just because you don't like 1 exhibition you saw at the museum does not mean the museum sucks, it merely means the curator did not find the right pictures to hang. So instead of unfunding the museum bringing you enertainment, let the administration know you were unpleased with the exhibition the curator put up.
Except we have let them know. For years.
They don't care. Well, in theory they might care but not enough to fix it.
If you continue to keep funding an entertainment source that offers a degraded experience then you're a fool. Low population hasn't been enough to motivate pgi to invest in game experience over mech packs - because we keep buying them.
We've tried the "tell the management" approach. We get told we're on an island. When it becomes clear the island was right we joke about it, they make a few movements in that direction, do 30% of honoring their promises, then stop and say the problem is us. Again.
No, we've made our expectations clear - they're largely driven around the product PGI promised YEARS ago and that they have patently refused to actually execute on. There's no confusion here. It's not that PGI just didn't know the problems. How FW was supposed to work, IW, et al was their original idea. It's the original pitch they made to sell the game and that they've reiterated time and again when numbers and sales flag.
The problem is that we've proven to PGI that we will absolutely continue to fund them for incomplete minimum viable product content. We are happy to pay for crap so that's the effort they put in. PGI has made it clear their approach is to do the absolute minimum possible to get us to pay them.
The game is what we've paid them to give us. We absolutely own these failures.
