I don't have a Kodiak myself, so someone else will need to make a video of either of these builds, lol.
the CERPPC one is better because wont overheat during the laser burntime as the CERLL build.

I mean, even the Arctic didn't get this amount of anger until much, much later. Is it the fact that we now have a larger population that has trouble understanding when and what is good and bad?
BS. Actually go read those threads. Seriously, the VAST majority of posts on ALL the threads posting thus far regarding the Kodiak have been folks complaining about all the people supposedly complaining about how OP the Kodiak is. There have been quite literally maybe a dozen posts about the Kodiak being OP, and nearly all but a few of those have been blank and unsubstantiated assertions with no support or justification. Most reasoned posts that are critical of the Kodiak have gone the opposite of asserting that it is OP, and complain rather about its giant CT, or the illusory mobility of all the variants save the Spirit Bear.
No there is no mass of people asserting that the Kodiak is OP. Actually go read the threads. For every post you find of someone saying its OP I will cite you 20 of folks complaining about how stupid that assertion is; and a probably another 20 going on about people complaining about all the illusory complaints. So many are either ignoring the actual posts or are just itching for the thing to be nerfed so you can have something new to complain about.

You see that highlighted part of the quote?
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about when I mean too many Kodiak threads about it being OP.
And who said mass amounts of people? I'm talking about threads, it's stupid, and it's annoying. Of course you're going to find 20 posts that the assertion is stupid because it IS stupid.
Did you miss this part here?

EVERYBODY IS YELLING AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING.
Get my point? Why would you complain and what not when nothing will happen, are you expecting something to happen? Yes. Is something going to happen right away? No. Not in this case.
2 Months. that's how long it took for any changes to happen. 2. Months.
I'm not angry at the people posting, but I am angry at their actions, it's annoying, and it just makes the forums look like Caustic Valley, text version.
But this IS the forums, where everyone is entitled to their opinion....
Maybe it's just me, but I get kind of deflated from that kind of stuff after a bit. Like watching the same Funny YouTube Video compilation 10 times. It just gets old and not really interesting but annoying. Like the Recommendation bar too, in YouTube, giving you the same old videos to watch over and over again.
I already know for a fact that they're wrong, it's the fact that they post them that's annoying.

In re your post above...
Your OP merely states that there are 20+ threads asserting that the Kodiak is OP. I am telling you that no, there are not 20+ threads saying that. The implication of your OP is that there are indeed lots (I said "masses") of people complaining that the Kodiak is OP. The part of my quote that you emphasized above is about what the threads are in fact about: People complaining about people complaining that the Kodiak is OP.
If you were actually taking issue with that aspect of the "20+ threads", I must have missed that from your OP. Rather, the point I gather from your post, which you quoted above, is that all the complaints about the Kodiak being OP need to wait as it will take time to discern if the OP nature of the Kodiak is real and that no action would be taken for several months in any case.
In the end, it sounds like that regardless of our differences in interpreting each others posts, we seem to agree that all the hand wringing about the Kodiak being OP is without merit.

Oh, I see where you're coming from. I was a probably a bit hyperbolistic on that part, so excuse that because it's just my anger coming out from there.
And yes, that's what I'm trying to explain, that they should wait at least a week or so from playing it before making threads like these, it's annoying, but, again, forums are forums, and everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Even the obvious trolls and jokers in this thread, which some are humorous, and some are just plain dumb.
You know to be honest, I feel like shoving them all into one thread, so that we don't have to deal with the ridiculous amounts of "It's OP please nerf!" threads. I might think about doing that soon since the threads just clog up the forums.

All posts required to supply evidence and/or rationale (I'll settle for either) for poster's position. Can you make that happen?

I think I can, since I did it with the Unseens back then, but I'm going to ask anyways.

Frankly, the constant whining and demands for nerfs are what make me take longer than usual breaks from MWO these days. And summer is coming ...
And, shucks, my Jenner IICs have bagged me a nice collection of bear rugs. <shrugs>

That is exactly my observation as well. I do not see many actual "Kodiak OP" threads or post. Most of the threads are made by guys saying that there is a lot of crying but I do not see the crying. PGI sold a $hit ton of Kodiaks. They were everywhere during the first few days of the event. As of last night, I played about 20 games and there was never more than 3 Kodiaks on either team for any of those games. In some games, I was the only Kodiak pilot on my team. If they are so OP then why have a lot of people already stopped using them and gone back to other Mechs?
I know guys like Bishop and Gyrok and some others expect that the Kodiak will get nerfed. Each of them has made a couple threads saying so and citing all the crying that is going on but I just do not see all the alleged crying unless it is happening somewhere other than this forum. Maybe they are tuned in to Twitter and Reddit and are seeing it there.
Anyway, driving the Kodiak is teaching me to be a better pilot overall. It is such a primary target on the battlefield that you get a lot of attention when you show up and draw a lot of focus fire. My torso twisting has improved from terribad to mediocre. That huge bullseye on your belly will teach you to try it hide it very quickly.
