IIRC, Russ Bullock really started using Twitter a lot when Garth Erlam left the company and they didn't have a community manager for a while. But now that they have a community manager with a serious presence on the forums and social media (constant Instagram updates, etc), I guess he doesn't need to be on Twitter so much anymore. Perfect solution, in my opinion.

(Some of you have been asking for more vlogs, but they need a new vlog room in the office to make vlogs. Not sure why. Presumably, the majority of complaints about the previous vlogs were about the backdrop. <shrugs> )

In MMO game operation for almost 2 decade.
Started off as a starry eye gamer out to help other gamers, worked from a lowly Game Master up until as a Product Manager who sign off game content release.
No matter how good the content, or how much they anticipated it before release, or how much the game needed it, the players will bite your head off if it is not as they envision it in their head. (usually a small percentage of player is happy, but they get silenced by the angry mob, or join the mob after the next update)

I play another company's game, so I can swim among the salt without a care.
Plus I love this IP too much.
