The assassin is nice and I have no arguments against it.
That said I would still rather have the Whitworth. It is a more specialized mech though being primarily a missile delivery system.
Really we are at the point where it doesn't matter so much except on each mech per tonnage so it's almost down to aesthetics and player desire.
Yup. And I can argue all day that a 4/6 40 tonner is less than ideal.... but at the end of the day, unless all you play is Comp or are a delusional Comp Wannabe (got a lot of them around here) want means more than needs, especially since we are saturated enough now that "need" is debatable.
I hope you get your Whitworthless, too. So I can whup on you from my PWNssassin.

Nice artwork, bit dramatic a pose don't you think compared to the original TRO ?
For someone that once told me and the community that it was unreasonable to have limber agile mechs, despite the fact there are Battle tech books which present them as agile, and they should feel slow and powerful, I see an Assassin cos playing a power ranger, while giving Jean Grey a piggy back while in Phoenix form
Dig aside , I do like your art work a lot , six months ago I would have snapped one up in seconds, its a mech I like, and there should be more mediums in game, but the way I feel right now about M.W.O its going to take a tro 3025 Crusader( not the thing with the god awful wrist mounts from 3039 , Stinger and /or Wasp to get my interest in this game off of life support.
Oh totally understand. The Crusader, (IF they add the 3L in the base pack) is probably the other current IS mech that would get me to buy again. (OK, maybe Vulcan, but since it's unlikely to remotely resemble my version, and I am rather attached to that....it could be bittersweet to see)
also, finished version is even more dynamic, just not willing to post it yet, since I plan to submit it to CGL, when things get unhectic for a minute.
