MAD DOG LASER BARRELS!

Posted Image

I missed that lol, nice !

I almost want to be clan just for that heh , no really.

I like the new thighs on the designs, hoping that the lights missing on the new models are just how the mech bay smoke is effecting them as the light less new models are losing character in the bays, not a big issue but it seems to be a running theme on clan mechs

mdd laser barrels - omg thats awesome :D

did something else change about the mdd besides stance, legs and barrels?
has the upper torso become "longer"?

don't like the change with the leg thickness, though :/

Aesthetically the Mad Dog and Timberwolf look much better! Love the lowered stance and longer laser pods! I may have to return to the battlefield next week...

I see the lighting change on the Orion IIc, but nothing else.

Nothing for Summoner? Not sure what would help re-scale-wise, maybe higher arms.

Orion IIC is getting structure quirks. Its size was ok, but it was just too prone to falling apart compared to IS heavies.

Umm, it's a bit smaller and doesn't look any different???

Oh... do I see that the thighs on the Mad Dog and Timber Wolf are less square and have a greater hint of the original BT art work? I think I do...

That and they fixed the stances into more of a crouching position like they should have originally had. :D

Upon closer inspection, I can see Orion IIC getting a tiny bit bigger. However now my screen has a nose smudge on it.

Make me so happy. That and I only have 4 owned mech's
3 of which are MDD variants. Those changes make me really excited!

Nope. It got a tiny bit smaller.
The image when you mouse over is the old one.

They've made very very slightly smaller. You can tell if you move the mouse over the pic several times in short succession.

Still no love for the Summoner. I thought it might get some rescaling as well, but was completely left out. Then again scale is probably not even on its list of problems.

Love the longer weapons on the Vulture!!!! Finally looks more like the one from my memories!!

Also love the lowered stance of the Clan mechs are getting... Gives them more of an 'aggressive' stance that they were known for rather than a 'standing tall' approach they seemed to have at the beginning.

For the Orion IIC though... dosnt look like it changed at all.. unless you use a graph-layout behind it to measure the differences.

After the update i see it!

Aaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!

My poor, poor Mad Dog!!

The srew of the pelvis is tooooooooo big!

It must be in a line with the rest of the upper leg.

No one will built a mech that arms are so close near the pelvis screw....

You made the upper leg smaler but not the screw - big mistake!

The timberwolf have the same problem.

Please make this screw in the same line - ok a little bit above the upper leg line.

pleasefull greetings!!!

This is insane. So, the Timby gets rescaled to a lower profile. But the EBJ doesn't even get touched, and is now as tall as the Timby. EBJ has always been too tall, BT had it a low mech on the order of the Bushwacker, it has always supposed to have a low profile.

I don't dislike the Timby as it is now, but, seriously PGI, it's moronic what the current scaling of the EBJ is.

The EBJ as far as I recall couldnt torso twist at all in TT or old concept arts. It was added in MWO (and MW 4?) for gameplay reasons. The height might come from the added torso twist component (gyrosphere?). Not sure if the EBJ should be lowered that much in stance unless its really problematic.
