Wish I had that problem!
Both set of ping numbers are nice and the relative differences nominal at best.

Do a tracert to the server and see where your signal is actually going. Mine goes from the Philippines to LA then to Singapore sometimes. Using a VPN can get your signal straightened out a lot of times.

It's more likely your signal is being routed in a way it wasn't before. I don't think PGI would just migrate their servers somewhere else without at least giving a heads up, considering they've done it before and gave us plenty of updates beforehand that it was happening.

EU was 90 now 145.
NA was 180 now 230 (that's EVERY faction play match)
OC was 250 now 480.

I had an issue similar to this. My ping was usually <100, but for a few weeks it was 120 - 180, night after night. Although I couldn't confirm it, I am almost 100% certain is was something to do with how my service provider was routing my signal. After testing everything (including DNS on Google vs my ISP), I did a traceroute and saw my signal going WAY off course before heading to the NA Server in Canada. I called my ISP and told them about my issue and they bumbled around acting like nothing was wrong, but two days later my ping went back to sub 100s. I'm not saying my call to Tech Support Bro A made the difference, but it definitely was not on my end of things.
I do hope things turn out better for you sooner rather than later.

AFAIK they moved the EU server to France/Straßburg a couple of months ago. Since they changed the location i have a ping between 15 and 20 ms in the EU and between 110 and 130 ms to the US servers. I know precisely nothing about the previous server locations but my connection is far better now (20 ms less) than it was before.
