If you want more mercs to help you out, you need to make your faction more enjoyable to play with. If you give us good matches, we will be more inclined to join up with you for a week or two. We can't always get a 12 man, so we know that we will have to pick up other singles and groups. When we see a bunch of trial mechs, that means we will have to carry extra hard. When we see Gen rushers, we don't want people thinking we were with you. On my last tour through Steiner, I had a good time playing with the guys in Pork Roll. They play aggressive and are there to fight. There are units in Steiner that can organize and fight, but there seem to be too many of the gen rushing types and I'd rather not make the game feel like work.

I like how this thread is featured up until this moment next to a thread called "Clan Mechs are a joke".
I guess they need to put fine print on all the mechs that state "experience may vary"

The only way to stop jade falcons is to play like them:
1- pick assault and heavy mechs at first wave.
2- push forward , dont scare
3- push as you mean it. a real push with bunch of angry mechs
4- teamspeak. speak with team mates. listen to every command. and feedback.
5- when enemy shooting someone behind the gate , shoot back instead of hiding.
6- stick together like a family. when someone shoot you , your mate must shoot that someone, and so....
7- Dont show yourself to enemy when you are alone cause you'll be a score for them.
those are basics. if we do this, we dont lose 48-7 of 48-18 or 48-20.
If you wanna win , this is the way.
Thank you for listenig.

That's how you stop a Falcon push:
Watch and learn, get organized.

Hey everyone,
So I'm a member of HHoD's comp team in MWOWC. As you all know HHoD switched to Steiner to help out against the clans crusade through your space. Now my group normally does stuff other than CW, but lately we are trying to help more.
So what does Steiners Units need?
I've played with a few units like 12th Donegal and another guy in my group has played with Pork Roll. Steiner does good under coordinating even with skittles. That being said I'm wondering if other units would be okey with extending Team speak info to PUGs?
Are there any other ideas you have to get Steiner back on its feet?
- could help people set up drop decks?
- coordination in drops or coordinate attacks among units?
Guys have any ideas?

Well apparently you become a merc and join them, that kinda works doesn't it ?
