Upsized Jenner Hitbox

It seems the torsos takes more hits than before, and the arms rarely GET hit. I'm not sure how the proportion for the hit box is set up for those little arms, but it seems like when taking distant shots or missile fire while on the run should be hitting the extremities of the vehicle more often than the CT. Am I wrong with this observation?

That's crazy. The Jenner was the 1st light that I purchased and it was the 1st mech mastered. Haven't played it since the rescale as I feel in love with the Arctic Cheetah. With the rescale I was already a bit scared about how it perform. With this video I feel bad for the guys that this is a primary mech for. Come to think about it seeing very few Jenners out there these days.

Without major quirkage... the Jenner K will always be inferior to teh D.
All non Oxide Jenners need a bit of CT love.

What are you talking about? All your shot were going exactly where they were intended to. The side torso are ONLY the shoulder boxes. If you're saying the Jenner needs a CT reduction, ok, maybe. But the hitboxes are working as intended and have been where they were forever.

Ummm no.....
Forever? I think not. The Jenner has currently gone through 3 Hit Box "Fixes" and they have gotten worse with each fix. Honestly the Jenner got nerfed because of them.
You missed the point of that entire video... the point is the CT can literally be hit from 360 degrees. NO other mech can state that.
Also the ST's are NOT only the shoulder boxes. Unless I am misunderstanding you... learn where the actual Hit Boxes are

It also affects* the Arctic Cheetah (the side torso energy mounts), but you don't see people complaining about it there. =P
Honestly, I think you're imagining the problem. Most people don't aim high enough to even be consistently hitting that little box, not to mention the fact that it is indeed rather small. They aim for the nose on the IS Jenner, where the CT is largest, and can certainly be hit from almost all angles. I have CT-killed Jenners while aiming at their hips before, it's just the way the mech is with that low mounted saucer dominating its profile.
Keep in mind that PGI's solution likely would be to add that box to all Jenner variants, including the -F, so that it can be properly hitboxed separately for front and back. The Jenner IIC is already like this, and enough people complain about it because with the IIC it is particularly oversized.
Not to mention I would think it's nice to have part of your rear count as front CT, because the Jenner already benefits well from running close to zero rear CT armour. If you had your armour 100% shifted front, and you get hit on the frontal hitbox by 100% of shots, you're using 100% of your armour, which is 100% efficiency. The less armour any mech can afford to run on the rear, the more efficient it will be at using it's maximum possible armour as long as the pilot is good at flank management (or whatever you wanna call it, lol).

The before 11/17/2015 is a bit misleading as that is actually what they were adjusted to.
The original Hit Boxes for the ST's were much much smaller than what is listed there. Basically what is listed as green on the CT... was actually ALL CT prior to the first adjustment.
Your ST's never got taken out.
