Apologies if it was mentioned earlier in the thread, but an alternative way to view all of the in game decals while outside of the game would be really nice.

Something simple you could scroll through would be perfectly fine. Perhaps even as an addition to this web site?

Even better, a working mech database or "mech salon" would be fantastic! All of the colors, patterns, cockpit items, decals and bolt-ons that are available and there is no way I know of to work with them when out of the game...

It'd be tricky but an import option would be great! if you already own it, it's added to your mech, if not...time to pony up the MC!

Seems to be a really overlooked aspect of the game.

The squad insignia decal on the Timberwolf (Alpha Assault lance) from the Mechwarrior 2 intro.

Its like a Star and Skull to its right, visible on the center on its Left Torso as it marches to rescue his lance mate.

Would've been great to have all non-paintable decals paintable. There are a few decals I really like, but their colours just don't seem to fit any of my camouflages.

A decal that says something like "Clan Buster" or " Remember Tukayyid" over a Comstar logo would be cool.

Some random camo bits would be nice, though colors rarely match the RGB of the Main Camo-spec colors.

That or maps with odd lighting make the decal colors either too bright, or too dark.

More mundane images maybe, something that would allowe me to put together my own heraldry,

Its very simple, sword, an axe, could be a tree, the sun, a bird, a rhinos head.

Honestly I skip over the cartoony looking decals we have right no without a second thought.
