Time: 5:30 pm

Right after we all dropped one of our team members executed one of our other team members. Then came the disconnect from the guilty backstabber. For some reason no one payed attention to the name and started blaming this other guy on our team. Someone said "Everyone report "this guy". Let's say his name is Bob.

Everyone answered "ok for sure we are all reporting him"

Bob immediately comes into Comms and says "Woah woah guys I didn't shoot anyone I dont even have any team damage. Why are you reporting me?". I knew Bob was innocent because well I can read. But the blue on blue names had already disappeared with all the chatter going on. So with one person's wrong accusations. Bob is going to be reported maybe 10 times. Or maybe not. Either way one person could of ruined someone else's experience. Maybe I care too much. I just know if I was being accused of killing another team mate and I didn't do it I would want someone on my side. Especially if everyone else believes the guy accusing me. That would suck. So whoever you are Bob, just know ....i saw what happend. You are an innocent pilot.

I hope the real scum gets whats coming.

Don't worry, when these accusations comes to the attentions of PGI, they'll check the logs and ban the one that is TKing. If the false accusations keeps up afterwards, you might have to contact them to clear his name.

I was in that situation before (fortunately before the ingame reporting system)

A purple colored Atlas on our team was racking up team damage left and right. Some one started calling: "Blue atlas is killing everyone... report him"

And suddenly i received 4 alphas to my CT... my Atlas was Blue.

i dont think pgi bothers with tk/td reports anymore. automation takes care of those. im convinced that the report system is just a placebo anyway.

You can go on a 10 day tking run and the worst that will happen is a few days temp vacation to play other games.

I understand your point put Pgi punishment really don't matter.
