So I bought 2 of the 6.95 mc.. I got my 8 free keys and caches.... opened them... I just gotta say FU PGI... never again...

out of the 8 caches I got these crates...

Out of 8 supply caches it alternated these four.. so much for randomness and out of the 8.. 6 of them dished out the same rewards as their counterparts

I know it's a money grab and all but jesus h... at least let it alternate between cheap crap that I can get playing one damn match..
at least try to make it look like it isn't rigged

sigh.. not complaining too much about the "rewards" I got.. but I gotta admit the 100,000 cbill felt like a friggin slap to the face.. I can get that just by showing up to a match

It's a matter of trust. Both casinos and lottery's have commissions to guarantee odds and payouts. PGI has neither.

So the question is after all we have seen over the past few years... Do you trust them?

I have seen quite a few people posting their mechs won through the crates, so PGI is not doing a complete fraud.

It seems that to a disgruntled bitter vet who doesn't even play the game anymore, even I can appear as a white knight. Such laugh.

Well... the whole point of a lottery is that the house wins on average. In other words, you've got a small chance of earning some valuable stuff and a higher chance of not winning the valuable stuff. In the long run, the whole idea is that you lose. But you gamble to see if you can beat the odds.

The supply cache actually comes down to an alternative of Premium time as you exchange MC for C-bills, except you have a small chance of getting random MC items that you may or may not want.

I don't blame PGI for trying, I honestly don't care. What strikes me as really funny is when white knights present the supply cache as a feature that the players should be thankful for, or as proof that MWO is getting more and more content. That's funny.

Too late for OP, but anyone who might read this before opening any. Yes, the crappiest items are more heavily weighted to win. Something that SHOULD HAVE been explained properly in the beginning. They have already stated that we are going to get a better idea of the rarity of the item in the cache with this patch. What exactly that means, we will see. But, I'm not opening any until after the patch. Even with the free keys.

It's well known loot crates are crap with a very high percentage to get the most worthless item out of them. Now that we have such an awesome and rewarding thing in the game pgi doesn't have to give the far better things like colors,camo unlock,mc,mech bays, a mech,fraction colors or modules for event rewards ever again. Thus some one like me doesn't bother to do any events and spend my time playing other games and spending my money elsewhere.

I don't really get this... It should be pretty much always assumed that this is the case. Why did they have to clarify that glass is transparent?

If you're falling backwards at the blasphemy .... then some advise: Don't play Diablo 3. Some of the best items are the rarest, and take a lot of grinding to get, lest you complain 3 months later about how you weren't handed the best items as easily as the white or blue ones.

or change the tables more frequently to not get realsied as the guy grabbign too much money.
