But the Uziel was designed by FASA Studios (ie Microsoft) and I don't think pgi is in a rush to replicate their designs.
That includes mechwhomustnotbenamed.
Crusader will be next.

Would rather have Charger or Bushwacker

Charger might actually be half decent in MWO, high engine cap and all that...
YES. Too many people get hung up on the stock CGR-1A1's small lasers and no melee in MWO, but the 'Mech has multiple other lore variants that are properly significantly different from each other and are in timeline AND bolt on some extra panels, remodel the torso and swap the head and you get the Hatamotos.

I might be wrong on this, but I think the Bandersnatch was in MW2: Mercenaries. Could be wrong though, it's quite a while ago.
Personally I'd like to see the Lightbringer, or, for the retro feels, the Merlin.
My absolute (Inner Sphere-) favorite would be the Nightstar though.

Nope, it's never been in a Mechwarrior game. You might be thinking of the Flashman, kinda similar look.

Or the Rakshasa. Which is a potential candidate as well.
But I will be surprised if it's not an IS heavy, and thus a Crusader.

Uziel is canon as it exists in the Battletech Universe and that mech isn't possible until 3065 so that wont be for a long long time, unless PGI decides to do a time jump.
i think we should get the Crusader or Longbow because the unseen are available to us
and those 2 are very LRM heavy

Though, after the Archer debacle, that might not actually be true.

If they do go for the Longbow, I would imagen they would go with these variants:
LGB-7Q
LGB-7V
LGB-Prianha
LGB-Prianha 2
LGB-Prianha 3
LGB-Prianha Custom Hero
Since the LGB-0C (primitive tech, ewwwww....) and LGB-0W (no back-up weapons....) I wouldn't want to touch with a ten foot pole and everything else uses tech not in game...

The next mech will likely be a heavy since the last two were an assault and medium (BECAUSE NOBODY LIKES LIGHTS HAHAHAHA). Crusader is a strong candidate for a heavy.
This is quite possible & a bit sad. If it is a heavy I'd bet it's the Crusader cuz unseen but we're really overdue for a light.

Why?
The Uziel is know for being excellent at being average....
The Bushwacker should be next, it's a really rough and tumble mech, that if you give it a standard engine, would very likely be as tanky as a Marauder or Stalker....
I told you why it had the most votes in a poll way back in 2012... That's how we choose mechs right?

Sure, if one had to bet, it'd be the Crusader. Heck even I'd be tempted to buy it and I don't even like it that much. I loved Galen Cox's entry with it when defending Trell One.
I guess PGI still struggles how to sell light Mechs, despite very good suggestions here. But you are right: a light Mech would be more than welcome.
However, I really believe the Nightstar has a big chance: it is a fan favourite (and you are fanboy #1), PGI is aware of SL-designs, and the Mech would work well in game.

I prepared a very long response but realized this is getting nowhere, so just: No.

Well there is no accounting for mass bad taste...
Then again that Mech was part of an era that let people think the Black Lanner should have a 360 degree torso twist....
