Did you use the zoom?
I had same problem and I tried lots of different things. I only just got my first point by not using the zoom in or out in 3rd person view.

Dang coulda sworn i checked for events before the weekend and didnt see any so I had played at all. just browsing i notice theres an mwo event... shucks i got some catching up to do. and of course its the most complex event to date....

Seems as this is right which is very annoying!

I took my NARC Jenner IIC and I expected to finish this task with 2+ matches. Narcing lots of mechs and some of them die, even if we lose, no problem.

But now I made a couple of matches (5-10 matches) and I got one (1!!) single point. That's a joke, right? I had two NARC kills only in the first match and this counter only counts missile kills? Where can I find this information? How much matches shall I do for 11 MC and a cockpit item? If this counter continues, there are 50-100 matches until I earn this.

This event is done for me. I'm playing just for fun now (which is the opposite of this event).

The concept was unique, but the execution was poor.

probably took me closer to 40 matches to actually get those 2 done.. (streak crow with tag is how i got the tag part done but narcing was a pain in the ***)

first thanks for the event PGI. Please PGI never have any challenge involving 3RD person again.10 hours of in game time was Really long too and impossible if this wasn't a holiday weekend. I'll agree the Narc only counting for missle kills sucks.

Also, the DropShip maps don't count so...

Hm. Russ said in his twitter that they've reduced the number of matches needed to complete the "Flea" 3PV challenge from 3 to 1. I've just managed to pull off one match (God that was frustrating), but it says "1 out of 3" on my tournament page. Is it still 3 matches?

Oh crap. Re-logged into the game, and immediately got 3 days of premium time - one day earlier than I needed... So it's actually one match, just as the twitter says. Too bad they didn't update it on the tournament page. Now I've lost one day of premium time just when I needed it most :(

I've not run an ecm equipped mech during the whole event (dead sure) and still I have 2 out of 11 points in the "sensory deprivation" challenge. What did I miss?

This means you used UAV or BAP, and enemy ECM mech was in range.

Count. You must win a match by cap score and must assist cap at least 1 area or base.

I think PGI must add to game client "Mechapedia" with all info about game, weapons, modules, heat generation, tips and trics, game modes, achievments, all in-match rewards, game mechanics etc.

If this event was something else than a free giveaway of virtual bits, I'd have some legal letters to write to PGI, holding them to their end of the contract, i.e. GET YOUR DESCRIPTIONS IN ORDER.

Confirmed... Starting in dropship invalidates challenge. Had a game where no one walked behind me and I didn't zoom... Still failed.
