I consider this topic closed. PGI did post about the error on the 12th. They should have made it a sticky topic though. I did check that frontline 2 topic back many days, apparently I needed to go back a full week.

12 organized players fully outfitted will ABSOLUTELY WRECK A PUG every single time guaranteed...
The problem isn't organized players, it's the event itself. Normally new or unskilled players can be content grinding QPs out until they are better skilled and better geared. The event, on the other hand, forced them to jump into the deep end if they wanted to get the event rewards.
That being said, I've only been playing a few weeks and I was able to complete all challenges by pugging my FP matches. Some took a little more effort than others, like light KMDDs, but otherwise most of the challenges were completed by simply playing matches.

Or maybe contact support instead of being a drama queen on the forums about it?
Yeah. You can say alot of things about PGI but IMO the customer support are very good, always fixed oddities for me at least and always give answers.

Or read the already-made announcement?

^ Public shaming is more useful in the case as somebody will get chewed out. Contacting support only fixes MY problem not other peoples. Also this post doesn't prevent me from contacting support at a later date. If anything you should agree with my actions.
(on Edit) The presumed fix is mentioned nowhere on this website and I don't use twitter.

There's an extended discussion in, shock, the relevant thread, but post 264 gives the final answer.
