It starts with the number of people who walk away from a game when it stops generating regular content and progress for six months to an entire year (because all its resources are focused on the port) generally being much higher than the number of people who suddenly START offering money in that situation.

As for the rumor that PGI has already been working on an engine port for months now - that's predicated on the popular impression that PGI hasn't been working actively on the game as it is itself, which is just silly. Every bug fix you've seen in the patch notes was several days' worth of work by the programmers and QA, and that's not counting the numerous actual features that have come out. Even if they weren't features that interested you.

For what they have in mind, yes

PVE and Solaris are planned, but of course we don't know their progress.
CW is...a bad MOBA, at least without this anymore:

I'd still like more private match options, but obviously they're not a fan. Equipment modifiers, preferably. Tools similar to their Dev drops

Shite equipment being rendered non-shite

Game modes are on their way

I think that's sensible.

As for the idea that PGI has already been working on an engine port for months now - that's predicated on the popular impression that PGI hasn't been working actively on the game as it is itself, which is just silly. Doesn't matter. I am going to throw out everything that I I deem unimportant, and say all work done is according to what I accept.

Is that Fair by the gods it is

You're terrible. Not going to change anything though, I have a library of 2k+ gifs for a reason. I'm going to use it.

if your gonna quote me every time I quote him, so he can see my quote. Well this is gonna get crazy. Guy couldn't handle a strong argument so he gave up and blocked me. Can't blame him. Not many people can.

To be fair to pokemon, jumping in my car with all of my kids and driving around town collecting Pokémon and taking gyms is often much more entertaining than watching the little spinning "connecting" icon in the middle of the screen.

Yeah, it's the first time my kids have actually wanted to go out walking with me. We must have done 20km in a week just chasing Pokemon.

I don't see as many people as I used to. I'd rather have stuck with Omega ruby. Don't like go or the new game. Then again my Pokemon enthusiasm is fading.

Yes this is not even close to a finished game because it's missing the basic foundation of any game. The generation this game is aimed at has a gold standard of what a game is. We just have the PVP module and not actual game. We have been playing the try out our game demo for 4 years.

If you want to claim MWO was AAA quality you find me a successful AAA without single player / coop?

Before you say
Rainbow Six and Titanfall those both failed and you can see that by how Titanfall 2 is beings handled this time. Rainbow Six PVP only will hopefully learn from their mistake too.

Back when I played games PVP was the after thought. It was the easiest system to implement. It doesn't require any special programming. Most game design students can make a PVP only game.

Actual game creation and design deals with this criteria:
Engaging storyline
Challenging and believable A.I. within accepted human limits and behaviors.
Immersion
Fun factor

Nope, just a general manager in an Advanced Technology firm. But I have heard many times from Russ, that PGI is a small company, so it is safe to assume that a salary of 100k+ for one employee might be out of the question...

Good you should do that! Because the foundation of MWO is outdated trash. Look at Star Citizen. They are a multi-studio team and yet they still barely have CryEngine running a good game. Also CryEngine ended up bankrupt or something like that, and that is how Amazon acquired "Lumberjack"

Star Citizen is barely working in large part BECAUSE they are a multi-studio team.
