Nope because the pvp portion has always been a garbage experience... This game has the potential to be amazing and the core gameplay is solid and fun. The lack of depth, good map design, thought out game modes, and no team stacking (psr trying to keep W/L 50/50) is why I'm not playing.
Hmm. How come my win/loss ratio in PUG solo queue (only, as I don't ever play group or anything else) is 1.50 at the moment?
That's a bit above 50:50. Hmm...

But dat team stacking 50/50 keeping you from winning more than half? Playing is helping the game. Only way to know where things really stand...
You have missed the point I'm above 50/50 win loss. However when I get team super potato and I lose when everything I did says I should have won. That carry harder model wears on you.
My current W/L is 59.1% and I did play in the group queue only with 1-2 friends most of my games.

You will get just as many potato teams on the other side to farm as ones you have to carry.
LocationStill doing ungodly amount of damage, but with more accuracy.

How about games are just random? How about we don't try to "give" people wins by rigging the teams?
There are too many variables to account for, when setting up both teams. Me in my Awesome-8R, for example, will perform far better than me in my Victor-9S. Both 80 ton Assault mechs.
This is not like League of Legends, where people main few champions. There are close to 300 mech variants in this game and all those variants have multiple builds, plus solo-q does not pressure you into selecting any of them in particular.
And a T1 comp player can single-handedly decide the game, unlike an average T1 player such as me. Except maybe when I'm piloting the KDK-3. Granted the PSR system needs to be fixed, but the point is that MWO's MM includes too many variable to be as accurate as that of other games'.
Finally, due to the nature of having no re-spawns, average solo-q matches can snowball very fast. That's just how it is.
