Customer support is definitely helpful, there's a reasonable window where they can help you out if something goes on sale just after you buy it. If it's more than a couple days you might be out of luck though, but there has to be a cutoff somewhere.

Very true.
The cutoff, from what I've read from others quotes, is about 48 hours. Of course I'm sure its on a case to case basis depending on the sale or items sold.
But, whats the worst they could say? no? lol

Well, I see a lot of people are already poking incessantly about a Sale for Mech Bays... I thought those came a bit later on this year? I swear, if PGI doesn't do a Mech Bay Sale because of everyone poking about them, I'll be putting a lot of people on my short list for being LRM'd.

On other notes, I'll check out the Sale Prices. Who knows, I might find something that I think I can spend a piece of my meager -earnings upon. Probably not, as of current, but I'll check anyway.

Any sales PGI has happen whenever they want them to happen, its not written anywhere that mechbay sales (or any sales) only happen once per year and only at certain times of the year. We even once had an event where the community's collective performance over a weekend determined just how much mechbays would be discounted...and that happened late summer/early fall (it was a few months after the first ever sale on mechbays and a short while before all the year end sales started).

Finally purchased my first 2 patters. Phraken Perms for Atlas(whats plural?) and KGs so that I can get rid of that awful glimmering from the loyalty pattern. At $3.50 each on sale they will probably be the only patterns I purchase. IMO patterns and colors are at a terrible price point.

Why are there so little colours on sale?
I was looking forward to get some nice dark green for the cases my Liao green doesn't look well, but there are just some neon and greyish ones on sale.
