I bought the Medium Steam Pack and am very happy. The Stormcrow comes with mixed omnipods (that was a surprise) but gives me lots of build options by swapping out pods. I needed another Hunchback and more omnimechs overall. At 40% off, with the patterns, MC and C-Bills, this was a good buy for me.

I know what was in the roundtable and what got covered in the NGNG broadcast and he was right about buckets. Complaining about a game mode which even before Phase 3, the large player groups were already killing off by farming all the new players (and turning them off the mode altogether) largely puts the blame on the player end, not the PGI end, for why no one uses it now.

still he is correct, just look at the unit concentrations of specific factions, playing together in one factions farming pugs, instead of fighting each other in fair matches

back to topic:
a bit info on the upcoming packs would have been great..
got the heavy bcs of the timber cb boost and the random stuff it provides, but wont get the others since i assume the new packs will be containing more interesting mechs/stuff

I broke and picked up all 4 which sadly shows my limited clan wave 1 mech base.

Sadly I did have a c-bill TBR-C from the heavy sale and the TDR-9SE but that gives me a bit of flexibility for FW and I really like the 9SE so no real loss for me.

Steam packs were not shafted in the 2016 Loyalty program. They gave you the MC bonus.
I'm sure the new steam packs will be counted in the 2017 loyalty program

After buying the heavy and light steam pack at 40% off I'm very happy to announce I do feel I have gotten my moneys worth for the 20+USD each I spent the 4 mechs are good the colors are great the patterns are good and the MC and C-bills were well worth the money spent.

I have to say to PGI and Russ good job on this sale but I still feel most item packs PGI sells are needing the same approach for me to personally buy more items.

What I mean by this is all mech packs sold by PGI should be reduced 40-50% of there now MC cost items should be added to each pack like C-bills, colors and permanent patterns for the mechs being sold plus MC.

Some mech packs do have some of these items but all do not have the same items and costs as the Halloween sale did PGI should rethink there cost models and make more mech packages like the Halloween sale package on steam was.

P.S I know personally I would buy more from you Russ and PGI.
