The 'mech bays were on sale (bought 30 more) then all of a sudden they jumped to 240 today when i decided I needed more room for all the variants that needed to be re-bought with all this new found room...

what gives?

This is frikkin' ridiculous, I see I'm not the only one experiencing this bvllshit with increased price for mech bays. Instead of 150MC they cost 240MC now. Come on PGI, can we get an event without hiccups?

The 50% mechbay sale was supposed to end today at 10AM PST. Mech bays are now 240 mc. Looks like the original 20% off and they didn't fix it for the last day. Par for the course PGI, overpromising and underdelivering.

EDIT: At least PGI is consistently making errors so there were no real surprises or disappointments. So we can't really be mad, we should expect goofs every now and again from PGI. C'est la vie, there will be new deckles and mech packs on sale next month.

Not sure, but they may have accidentally paired that portion to the end for the double xp. Double xp ended at 4pm pst on nov 30th. That was the end time listed on their webpage.

Upgrading a Package

The 20% discount offered through this Countdown to Black Friday sales event also applies to upgrading from one Pack tier to another (within the eligible Packs on sale)!
For example, upgrading from the Clan Wave 1 Uller Collection to the Black Hawk Collection would cost $24 USD, compared to its standard upgrade cost of $30 USD.

Gift Codes

The 20% discount offered through this Countdown to Black Friday sales event applies to Gift Codes (for the eligible Packs on sale).
If a Gift Code was purchased prior to the start of this Sale, within a reasonable timeframe, and has not yet been redeemed, Support Services may be able to provide a refund for that Gift Code to facilitate a re-purchase within this new Sale period.
However, please note that Gift Codes do not operate on the Upgrade system used when purchasing a Pack directly! Gift Codes prices are always the same, regardless of any existing ownership status on an account.
When purchasing a Gift Code, either for yourself or for a friend, please make sure to base your purchase decision on the current ownership status of that account.
For Example: If you already own a Clan Wave 1 Thor Pack on your account, and attempt to purchase a Clan Wave 1 Masakari Pack Gift Code, you will be charged the full amount of the Masakari Pack (adjusted for the sale price)!
For Example: If your friend already has a Clan Wave 1 Thor Pack, providing them with a Masakari Pack Gift Code will not inject duplicates of the ‘Mechs they already own, nor will the price of the Gift Code compensate in any way for the Thor Pack already present on their account.
Again, Gift Codes do not support the Upgrade system! Purchasing a Gift Code for a higher tier Pack than the one you already own does not provide you with a lower Upgrade price!

Recent Purchases

Unfortunately, due to limitations with our payment system, Support Services will not be able to perform the usual price adjustments for players who may have recently acquired a Pack prior to the start of this Sale.
As per standard policy, Support Services will not be able to provide refunds for any content acquired prior to the start of these Sales if said content has already been delivered to and redeemed by the player account.
If a Gift Code was purchased prior to the start of this Sale (within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Support Services) and that Gift Code has not yet been redeemed, Support Services will be able to provide a refund for that Gift Code to facilitate a re-purchase within this new Sale period.

I had 3058 MC and seriously intended to buy at least 10 Mech Bays today.
Instead I bought ONE. Now I have 2818 MC left and spent at least 1260 MC less than I intended to.
It also means, the next time I buy MC is much farther in the future.
This is how you NOT make a sale, PGI.

Well I was going to buy a bunch of mech bays today. But ended up only buying a Pirate's Bane, since they haven't fixed the price yet.

The only reason I waited so long was that I had a 3 day Premium time prize that was unclaimed. I couldn't play during the 2xp weekend so I wanted to save it as long as I could. Now I wasted it for nothing.

Hey gang, we appear to have had a glitch with the store pricing. The Mech Bays are back at the intended sale price of 150 MC, and we're extending the Mech Bay sale by a full extra day.

I'll be talking with the db team to determine the accounts which purchased Mech Bays at the incorrect price of 240 MC between approximately 6:30 PM PST yesterday and 9:30 AM this morning, and we'll be running injections for those accounts to compensate for the difference in MC.

UPDATE: MC refunds have gone out to all accounts that purchased Mech Bays during the period where the sale price was incorrect, to compensate the difference.
